It was a great tour. The guide was hilarious and kept it fun and interesting.

The guide, "Uncle Hank" was a hoot from the start. Very knowledgeable but also very funny. Learned a lot about the paranormal history of gaitlinburg. Would definitely recommend.

This was my family’s first ghost walk, they had a blast and enjoyed it very much! They actually got out their phones and started researching some of the stories! Thank you for a great time!

Our guide was late. The entire party was confused on where to meet and if we were in the right place. Most of the time he was on his phone texting or high fiving people in cars passing by. The stories were entertaining but seemed over the top. I would have liked if he was more authentic and didn’t provoke any spirits. We saw him in the moonshine store after and he asked me for a drink… I was really hoping for an informative ghosty experience.

They called and canceled tour for the evening.

We showed up at 645 the email I got said 15 mins prior so we mad sure we where early and got parking and paid 10 dollars for parking just for this walk. 740 roles around no one was there we left went across to go eat and was very upset and already had it that we would be calling for a refund. I called the number that was provided in my email and it was none working number I texted still nothing I called and tried over 20 times I also spoke with gabby that day and tried to call her later that day as well while we where standing there and she did not answer which is fine she was not our tour guide and she has a life amd was probley doing her own thing. Then while we whe free waiting on our food the guy calls me from a totally different number and said where r yahll at are u here I said no we have been waiting n waiting no was was there I also tool time stamped pics as well to show no okw was there at all all the way up til 740 and I have proof I called n called no answer at all. Very disappointed. Would I try again yes I would try again as long as I get my refund. Thank you

I've been trying to cancel for months. The email comes back undeliverable and the phone is disconnected. You owe me a refund!

We waited 12 minutes pass the 730 start time and nobody showed up. Luckily we had scheduled but not yet paid for it. We did the sieverville one Sunday and it was great.
