  • Garni Temple - Garni is the only Hellenistic pagan temple preserved in Armenia. The temple was built in the 1st century and dedicated to the Armenian god of Sun Mihr. Here you can also see a Greco-Roman bathroom built in the 1st century.
  • The Monastery of Geghard - The Monastery of Geghard is a 4th-century monastery, with churches cut directly into the rock. For many years Holy lance with which Longinus wounded Christ, was preserved here.
