Real Icelandic whisky experience - Well worth the trip out to the distillery, easily done on the bus. We were guided through multiple tastings of gin, brennivin and whisky. Midway we were shown the distilling process. An informative discussion on the process that was undertaken to get to their whisky’s.

A Brilliant Distillery Tour - My husband and I did the tour on the 13th December. It was just fantastic. We learnt so much and really enjoyed all the samples. It was such a friendly experience. Thank you for such an enjoyable tour. We fell in love with Iceland, and will be back, we will visit again when we do. Till then, we are enjoying Floki Sheep Dung Smoked 3 Year Reserve we purchased.

Worth every penny - We had the most amazing time. We routinely visit breweries and distilleries locally and while traveling so we know what to expect and this one was one of the best we've been to. The host was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. We wish we didn't have reservations afterward because we could have stayed the whole night listening to his stories about the distillery and info about Iceland. The tasting itself was very generous - certainly the cheapest way to drink in Iceland! There wasn't a pour we didn't enjoy, which is rare. The host was kind enough to tell us which bottles were distillery exclusives and which we could get cheaper at the duty free at the airport - a real kindness that we appreciated! We left with two bottles and are stoked to have a piece of Iceland with us now that we're home.

Great evening - Thoroughly enjoyable evening. Our guide, Rock, was very knowledgeable and engaging. We spent a very happy 2 hours talking about Iceland and whisky and sampled several of their products. Made sure that I bought a bottle of Floki at the airport on our way home to remember the evening by. If you like whisky its well worth taking a trip.

Something different - My son and I took this very interesting tour of how whiskey and gin are made. It was very informative and included some of Iceland's history. This company take pride in using only locally harvested ingredients. The tour included a short walk into the facility as well as the sampling of various gins and whiskeys. Anyone who enjoys a glass of gin or whiskey should book this tour.

Educational and delicious - Our guide was not only an expert of his craft but clearly enjoyed the tour himself as a smile never left his face. He really was a friendly person and truly made the experience an excellent one. The drinks are superb, there was a low alchohol gin that tasted like gushers, the dungsmoked whiskey was unique and delicious, and I'd like to make the beer aged whiskey a regular in my special occasions whiskey cabinet. Highly recommend.
