Eimverk Distillery, the sole whisky distillery in Iceland and a must-visit spot for aficionados of whiskey and Icelandic Spirits, is proud to be the exclusive spirits producer using 100% Icelandic barley. Our offerings include Flóki, our whisky; Vor, our first-class Gin; and Víti, our traditional Icelandic Brennivín.
A guided tour around our Distillery gives you the chance to taste Flóki, the one and only whisky of Iceland; gain knowledge about the intricate procedures of concocting Icelandic spirits from native barley; and also enjoy a taste of Vor, our best quality pot-distilled gin, and Víti, our conventional Icelandic Brennivín, both meticulously handcrafted with indigenous herbs and botanicals.
- Please note that the minimum drinking age in Iceland is 20 years of age. This tour is not recommended for children or infants, if you would like to bring your children with you please send us an email and we will try to accommodate your needs.

If you are in Iceland, and like spirits, do not miss this tour. - Some whiskey tours seem like a box ticking exercise before you can be shuffled into the shop to spend cash. Not this one, not when it is being given by a distiller, who talks about his work with passion, and answers questions with honesty, and a complete absence of marketing waffle. The tasting afterwards was extensive.

Highly recommended - The tasting session was a very pleasant surprise and very professionally conducted by our guide Rökkvi, who is fluent in many languages and is a treasure trove of knowledge about the distilling process and the story of the family owned business. The process is explained in detail and the guests offered to taste the broad selection of both spirits and whisky, the quality of which is very good and the attention to detail in the packaging is admirable. Highly recommended.

Iceland Whisky Tasting - The visit was very interressting.
He explained a lot of the History of the Destillerie and we can taste all spirts of the Destillerie. The Gin is delicious, too

Real hospitality and Whiskey from Iceland - Rökvi was absolutely fantastic!
Gave us a tour during a holiday which is even more amazing!
The spirits were all fantastic. My personal favourites were, The Rye Whiskey “Д and the Sherry Cask Finish Distiller’s Choice!

Excellent experience! - We loved our time at the distillery! We had an excellent guide (Rock) who explained very well (in French more!!) all the workings of the manufacture of different products. We enjoyed tasting all the products (gin, brandy and whisky). Excellent experience that we highly recommend!

The best Wiskey tast - It was a very nice and educational tour if you like Whisky. The enthusiasm and love for distilling whiskey radiated from it. We were with 6 Dutch people and to our surprise the guide could also speak Dutch. The tour and tasting was very worthwhile.

Worth a visit - Exciting young distillery! Very generous tasting! Visit is particularly worthwhile for whisky lovers. After all, the only whisky on Iceland is distilled here.

Relaxing cozy tasting - Super relaxed and interesting tasting had from the gin's until all whiskies were allowed to taste and had a good explanation with everything, also how the idea came about to make icelandic whiskey, the tour guide also spoke a pretty good word of Dutch, which made it extra fun. Highly recommended if you like gin and whiskies. There are delicious gems among them
