Our whiskey and poitín experience offers an in-depth exploration of the history of Irish whiskey, tracing back to when whiskey and poitín were essentially identical, distinguished only by the purchase of a license. Participants will uncover the true story of our whiskey, learning about the processes of brewing, distilling, mash bills, cask finishes, and maturation. The experience also delves into our own 170-year-old family tradition of illicit distilling and how we currently produce our whiskey at the distillery.

This engaging experience is hosted in the heart of our operational distillery and includes three tastings – two of our independent whiskey bottlings and a unique Heritage Edition poitín crafted with peated barley and oats. It’s an enjoyable, interactive experience that is essential for all whiskey enthusiasts.
