Great Galway - We ended up having our guide Kathleen all to ourselves which was fabulous. She was very informative about Galway’s history and also gave us some great hints about things to do during our stay. I would highly recommend this walking tour!

Educational but fun - Our family enjoyed Gerard's tour very much. It was educational while still being fun - a great combo to win over the kids in the group! He informed us of little details of buildings that we would never have noticed on our own. We even learned a little Irish!

The Finest Tour In All Of Galway - Gerard was friendly and fun! He knows all the history of Galway and gave us some great memories. Such is his acclaim in the area that a man stopped us at the meeting point just to tell us he was about to give (I quote) "the finest tour in all of Galway". The man was right. Thanks Gerard!

This walking tour is a great way to see Galway! - Gerard was an excellent tour guide. We really enjoyed the walking tour of Galway. I had read that it was more beneficial to do a walking tour of Galway than a bus tour because it is smaller and more walkable and I definitely agree! I am really glad we opted to do the tour on foot so we were able to see the details around Galway. Gerard was very knowledgeable and passionate about the city and the stops on the tour. We really enjoyed learning about the history of Galway and we continued to see the same themes Gerard taught us about the city for the remainder of our time in Galway. What a beautiful city and a great tour. Thanks, Gerard!

Gerard Keane - superstar official Guide. - Gerard Keane our Guide was interesting, informative and engaging. His ability to impart knowledge about Galway was great, making us aware of the City's long history. We looked around, we looked up and we looked down at various sites which illustrated this. His passion for his chosen career is evident, and we came away loving what we heard and viewed. Thank you.

Great walk around Galway - We met Gerard in the main square, it was just the 3 of us and another couple walked by and he talked them into joining us. It was a wonderful walk at a nice pace with lots oh history and good stories. The tour lasted around 2 hours, and it seemed to fly by. Would recommend this for sure!

Brilliant walking tour of Galway city. - We really enjoyed this tour and hearing all the history of this wonderful city. Our guide was super knowledgeable and he made the history come alive with great stories. He had a folder with extra photos that gave context to some of the things we were seeing. He had a great sense of humor and his love for the city was obvious. Would definitely recomend.

Galway Walking Tour - Really enjoyed this walking tour. Gerard was an excellent guide and regaled us with tales of the city's beginnings and often violent past. Walking around visiting the actual sites brought the stories alive. Oh and he may have told a tall tale which may or may not have been entirely true. If you ate I Galway, take Gerard's tour well worth your while.
