Amazing and emotional! - We had an amazing experience and saw lots of spotted dolphins and a Sperm whale. Seeing the whale was quite emotional. We chose this company as it was recommended by the guide book, but also because they employ marine biologists so our guides were very knowledgeable. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Dolphins Day Out - Amazing and helpful staff. Saw so many dolphins on the way and explanation too. Ethical visits and even helped me to figure things out when my plane couldn’t land in Madeira. Highlight of my trip

Beautiful experience - Beautiful experience, very suggestive!
We saw 4 different species
Our guide explained us the whole way and provided us with information regarding the animals we saw.
Unfortunately we could not swim because the sea was too rough.

A Good Time - We had a really nice time. The tour was organized, started on time, included a brief intro, and then we hopped on the boat and off we went. They have spotters on land who radio to the boat when they see animals. We visited three different groups of pilot whales and only encountered one other tour boat. The speed boat was comfortable and, what can I say, it was just an easy, enjoyable way to spend a few hours.

- Unfortunately, the booked departure time could not be met, we were rebooked at short notice, but could undertake the tour on the same day. The specially booked German tourgide also did not exist, so we understood only a fraction of what was explained. The ride itself was great though, we were lucky enough to see lots of dolphins and even 2 small whales. There was no actually expected swim stop. I recommend adapting the tour description to reality. It's worth it!

Recommended - 2 groups of about 20 dolphins, different species, seen. Great experience, good explanation about the species. They search with spotters where the animals are, no guarantee, but you know that with wildlife. Morning boat missed due to accident on the highway, could still be fitted in the afternoon without additional costs, top arranged 👍🏻👍🏻

The morals of whale watching?? - Booked a group of 4 of us on the boat trip but got cancelled out with under 24 hours notice - because they had accepted a whole group booking and no longer had room for us. Rebooked a day later. Team on the boats were friendly and knowledgeable but we spent 2 hours hammering across the bay and saw nothing at all until the last 10 minutes - when we queued behind 4 other boats to see 4 harassed bottle-nosed dolphins. I came away genuinely feeling that we should all leave these beautiful creatures alone.

Whales spotted but not swimming with dolphins. - We were sorry we didn't swim with the dolphins. However, this was on the booking and we had seen there. There was no further communication about this during the boat trip. Otherwise it was a very clear and cool experience!! Have been able to spot many whales together and also a few dolphins! Highly recommended if you come to Madeira!

Mixed sea trip - Average experience
Reserved in French, the guide only made a small translation into French after 40minutes of sea
One client pointed out that the tour was in French, the guide did everything else in English
On the plus side we saw two species of dolphins
Near one of them we are offered in small groups to go to the water while hanging on to the boat to watch the dolphins weld the water
Great experience
Except that on the return we are informed that we will have to go to the office pay 20 € more for it
At no time in the reservation or before going to the water we are informed that it is paid
Anyway disappointed, I think there's better

Misleading description - Misleading description. It should have been possible to swim during the Tour- it was not and partial refund for that was denied. Since that was the objective for us, we just wasted time and feel scammed.
