The Food & Wine Walking Tour takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and it starts at 10.00am. Attendance 15 minutes earlier is required. The meeting point is at Infante Roundabout right next to “H&M” store at 09.45am.

Funchal food and drink tour - This was a truly engaging and interesting tour. Our guide Pedro was passionate and informative from the very start and really took the time to explain the history, the culture and the traditions of food and drink in Madeira. We were also blessed with the weather which made tasting and eating outside even more memorable. Finding local corners and restaurants tucked away in the backstreets of Funchal offering traditional specialities was a delight and I went back to many of them during the week to savour the delights. Having never done a tour before, I was really pleased and enjoyed every minute. The group of tourists on the tour was also friendly and lovely. Thank you Pedro, you are an asset to the tourism of Madeira. I would highly recommend.

100% must do - We had such a fantastic experience. Our guide was relaxed and friendly, well-informed and made our time together fun. Not to mention everything we ate and drank was delicious! A really great way to see Funchal.

Would highly recommend - This was simply brilliant. Pedro is one of the best tourist guides we have had. Knowledgeable, able to answer all questions and obviously well liked by the locals who all seemed to know him. We tasted wine, tried authentic food and learned lots. Would highly recommend

Relaxed and informative tour with a tipple or three - Had a wonderful tour on 13th March. Good communication on where to meet. A small chatty group and a great English guide with excellent local knowledge of food, wine and history. Really relaxed and informative. Would highly recommend.

Good Food, Good Drinks, Great Company - Superb Food & Wine tour of Funchal. Only 5 people on the tour which made it very intimate .Everyone got on well with each other which made the day even more enjoyable Particularly enjoyed the Madeira wines from Blandy's

Wine &food tour in Funchal is fantastic! - Interesting tour in Funchal with a very competent guide! Info about buildings and places, combined with tasting food, cakes, fruit and different things to drink gives a special touch of the city and Madeira.. The tour was very well organized! Great immersive experience - Lovely food and wine tour with a great mix of street food, fruit, Madeira wine, beer, Poncha, desserts, and so forth. The walking isnt intense at all, with everything being reasonably close together. Have a small breakfast before, given you start with wine at 10:00.
