A tour of the East of Madeira - Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our day spent on this tour last Thursday. The views were spectacular at every stop, it was well organised and a worthy addition to our trip to Madeira. I couldn’t pick my favourite spot if I tried, we went from feeling like we were at the top of the world at Pico do Arieiro to the very edge at Ponta de São Lourenço. A highlight has to be our guide and driver Patrick who was an absolute delight, very informative and put every effort in to making sure we had the best day possible. We would highly recommend to anyone!

Great program, great professional, great price - We made a visit of 1 day in a minibus with a driver for a group of 16 people, it was a fantastic program, pick up and depart at the hotel door, with a driver-guide (Sr. Marco Paulo) very knowledgeable, answered all the questions and made a guided visit with interesting information about the island throughout the journey and about the places where we passed. The program was adjusted with us and for us, always flexible and Mr. Marco Paulo was exceptional. The cart is also comfortable, the sound system is too, the trip was productive, enriching, informative and very fun. I recommend and would do this program again with the same professional. Welcome

It's worth it! I highly recommend. An experience in Madeira to not miss - A unique experience! This tour went through the most iconic and not to miss places in Madeira. Santana was the best spot, no doubt! I highly recommend this experience. I booked through the viator and didn't worry about anything else. In addition, we made the PR11, the railway of the shelves, beautiful!

A beautiful day trip - We had an incredible day led by Marco. On the first stop we came up through the clouds to see amazing views, the second stop we had opportunity for a 45 minute walk through the forest followed by a lunch stop and more scenic stops. Marco impressed us with a constant flow of information on things around us, flowers, local history and funny personal anecdotes. he did the whole tour in english and german but this didn't stop it feeling very personable! It was a perfect way to spend my birthday and see the island without the stress of trying to navigate and drive a country that's new to me. 100/10 recommend!

Fabulous views - Excellent service and an all round good experience. Carlos, our guide and driver, was friendly and knowledgeable. We visited some incredible sites high above the clouds: the views were spectacular.

Great experience - Great tour for exploring part of Madeira. Take a light jacket or something as it can be a bit chilly when you explore the highest parts of the island.

A very interesting tour and a great way to end our holiday - There was a little confusion about our pick-up, but that was quickly sorted, and after that we had a great day. Our guide, Carlos, was very knowledgeable, and shared a lot of interesting information about Madeiran history and the places we visited. We particularly enjoyed the levada walk, the views from Pico Do Areeiro, and the triangular thatched houses in Santana. There were several stops during the day to get snack and refreshments. We stopped off for a three-course lunch (which was an optional extra). The day ended with a visit to a rum factory and a tasting, and the chance to buy some locally-made Madeiran rum (without being pressurised to do so). We were a multi-lingual group, and Carlos switched easily between Portuguese, French and English throughout the day. This tour was the last thing we did in Madeira, and was a great way to end our holiday.

Exploring Madeira’s Mountain. - Prompt pick up from hotel and greeted by Marco, who was our wonderful and knowledgeable guide. The scenery was breathtaking, with plenty of time given to do the small hike at Ribeiro Frio, stopping later for lunch at Santana. The only negative, was the air conditioning at the back of the mini bus wasn’t functioning well, meaning it was a little sticky. Would recommend for those who want to get away from the beach and/or city and explore the beautiful countryside and mountains of Madeira.
