Best Guide Ever!!! - I normally do not write reviews but I have to for this tour. Dinarte is the best tour guide!!! He listened to our requests and took us everywhere we wanted plus to some hidden gems that he planned. He goes above and beyond! I would highly recommend this tour!!!

Excellent tour and great way to see the island. - Had a full day with Spencer. He tailored the trip to take us to places we were interested in and parts of the island that we otherwise wouldn't have seen. He also recommended a very good place for lunch. There were lots of stops along the way, and small detours to get great viewpoints. Would highly recommend a tour with Madeira Insideout.

Adventure awaits! - We had a great day exploring the island with Spencer. He was friendly, funny and knowledgeable, so the day flew by. He tailored our tour to our specific interests, and it was great to hear and see about the history of the island through him. Great day, highly recommend!

Beautiful new impressions of Madeira - Beautiful new impressions of Madeira
I booked an individual tour with Spencer from Madeira Insideout. The southwest to the extreme western point of the island and the north.
A very, very nice tour on which even I, who have been to Madeira tens of times, have gained new impressions, thanks to Spencer.
Spencer is very likeable, has a lot of humor and competence and like me, a great passion for Madeira 😄.
The off-road ride on dirt roads was unfortunately not possible this time. However, this was due to the weather, as there was a big storm and heavy rain for three nights and two days at a time and Spencer therefore did not get permission for the off-road ride. However, this has left the day/tour without anything. Safety comes first and that is important to Spencer too!
Many thanks to Spencer for this extraordinary and fantastic tour!!!!

Wonderful Tour of Middle and North of Madeira - What a fantastic tour of the middle and north of Madeira. As this was our first time to Madeira we relied on Spencer's local knowledge, and we were not disappointed. The highlights included Camara de Lobos Harbour, the glass skywalk, various stops as we traversed the mountain route through the middle of the island, Capelinha de Nossa Senhora de Fatima with a great view of Sao Vicente, the rockpools at Seixal, lovely lunch at Porto Moniz, rum tasting at North Mills Distillery and an education in history and flora.

An awesome jeep tour around Madeira … so much fun. - We have been to Madeira before and this time our son and partner joined us for only a few days, we wanted them to see as much of the Island as possible in a short time. Our guide Dinarte certainly delivered, we were able to see so much and many places we had never been before. We had a lot of fun on a few of the off track roads which we would never have attempted on our own. Dinarte’s knowledge and love of Madeira was apparent. We never felt rushed and he was so accommodating. Would recommend this company to anyone wanted to see the best of Madeira.

If you’re visiting Madeira and want an adventure-packed day immersed in breathtaking landscapes, a jeep tour is an absolute must! From start to finish, this experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
Our knowledgeable and charismatic guide Dinarte greeted us warmly and immediately set the tone for a fun and engaging journey. The jeep was very comfortable, perfectly suited to traverse Madeira’s off-road trails and mountain paths. It was so well priced for private tour and so much better than packed tour share with lots people.
The tour took us deep into Madeira’s lush interior, through dense forests, jaw-dropping cliffs, and hidden villages untouched by time. The off-road sections were thrilling, providing incredible panoramic views you simply can’t reach by regular car. Our guide’s expert driving made even the steepest climbs and sharpest descents feel safe and exciting.
Highlights included stops at iconic spots like Pico do Arieiro, where we were treated to surreal, above-the-cloud views, and the Laurisilva Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site filled with ancient trees and endemic

Best Tour Guide ever! - It was the best decision to spend the day in Madeira with Spencer!
To our story:
We went on a cruise with the Aida and had a stop in Madeira. Since we have a young 2 year old son we did not want to book a group trip to be just more flexible. Since the best conditions were with Insideout and you could also pay via Paypal, we booked through our own site uncomplicated. We could even specify the child seat and the exact pick-up point here.
Since our son is ill, we contacted Spencer on the day of the trip and were able to get started easily just under 3 hours later. Since we had a sick child and now less time, we consulted and did a smaller tour where the best highlights were in it. With its insiders the general knowledge about the island we have been able to collect wonderful impressions.
I'm really glad we made this tour and thanks Spencer even in the face of adversity we had a wonderful day.
