He had wonderful stories about placed & people

Excellent day out. - Had a fab day out, our tour guide was Hugo, he was very knowledgeable, it’s great to see other parts of the island.
We didn’t go into the pools at Porto Moniz, we used the time to have a nice lunch & a walk around.
Amongst a lot of other things, we learnt all about the banana plant!

Terrific Private Tour of the West - My family of 5 did a private tour of the West with Marco as our guide. It was an incredible value to be able to tour at our own pace. Marco picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and showed us the highlights for an entire day, including plenty of time for lunch and swimming in Porto Moniz. He was friendly and shared a lot about the island making it a perfect day out. I would definitely recommend!
Also, when booking the tour company advised us to take a minivan tour with AC and front facing seats for comfort. I very much appreciated the honesty (vs. Jeep tour) as it was significantly less expensive and made for a very enjoyable tour.

Go west tour - Absolutely beautiful tour of the island and our driver Lewis was brilliant really made the tour an enjoyable experience and was very polite, wonderful day would recommend happy tours.

West Side Tour Madeira - Our guide was Hugo. He accompanied us superbly through the trip and added additional stops to show and tell us all about the history and culture of the island. It was a great experience!

Amazing tour of the West island - In April, we did the West Side Island tour with Lewis and had a fantastic time. The mini-bus was air conditioned - we had originally wanted a jeep tour but we're so grateful that we were in a very clean and cool minibus. Lewis was friendly, helpful, kind, picked us up from our hotel, was very knowledgeable about the tour as well as being humorous. He effortlessly explained in English and switched to German for one of our tour-mates, making sure that everyone understood.
The actual tour was amazing-although you don't get long in each location, it's enough time to get a taste of the area and we found Madeira to be friendly and welcoming. The views were incredible, the island is beautiful and the way Madeira farms was of particular fascination to me. Swimming over lunch in the natural pools was without a doubt the highlight of our whole holiday; it was tranquil and beautiful, a memory we talk about regularly.
We had heard others were worried that the price was so low, but the price is so fantastic for the quality of the tour - so much so that we booked another tour a few days later. If anyone visits Madeira, we would recommend Happy Tours, and Lewis, wholeheartedly.

West full day tour - We went on the west tour with Hugo as our guide and driver. It was an amazing tour, we saw so much and Hugo was the icing on the cake! Very knowledgeable and friendly, just what you beed a driver to be. Definitely recommend this tour.

Go West with Happy Tours! - Great tour of West section of island. Knowledgeable friendly guide, plenty of time at each stop to see the main sights. Would recommend for first time visitors to Madeira.
