Please arrive at the Funchal marina 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. All guests must check in with our friendly staff at our kiosk for a boarding pass. In respect to all of our guests the boat leaves on time. If you miss the boat, you will be not be issued a refund.

Perfection - Super pleasant walk. We saw several animals and learned more about the local species. From large groups of dolphins to turtles. Accompanied by a wonderful sunset and sunset. It is an experience to do and repeat.

Fantastic Morning - At first, after boarding, we were told that as we were going to see animals in their natural habitat, without any kind of human interaction, we might not see all the possible species to see each other. Even so we were able to see 2 large groups of scratched boilers and dolphins. We were toasted with the group of scratched dolphins who seemed to be playing around our boat. We were told that we had seen 2 cachalots in the morning and that the team was going to do everything possible to see them, but that if they had already dive it would be unlikely we would see. However, we made a compass of waiting and we were presented by the glimpse of the 2 cachalotes. As there was a lot of expectation to see the cachalots and they had dive, we still waited a little longer to see if they would go up again before dive into deep water. Both Magic Dolphins boats worked together and it was possible to see again 1 of the squalots before it descended into the deepest waters. At the end they brought us a book with the species we had seen and answered all the questions. I didn't find the trip expensive for 2 adults and 2 children. I highly recommend this Enterprise to see marine animals. There is no doubt that we will repeat the experiment again and who knows, next time we can see more marine species.

Fantastic catamaran ride to watch dolphins and whales - Fantastic! We loved it! We were lucky DE see several groups DE dolphins, as well as whales. The team is great, Florine gave us a lot of explanations and even took care DE our daughter so we could take full advantage of the whales that were swimming close to the boat. It was amazing! They take care DE never be intrusive and DE not stress animals. The catamaran is very nice, we were about twenty. Which was ideal to make the most DE our experience. We really recommend this excursion!!!!

Whale Watching was successful - We took this trip on a warm Thursday afternoon, the staff on the boat were very welcoming & helpful (My wife had recently sprained her ankle and needed assistance boarding etc.). The catamaran is a very smooth comfortable ride. We sighted 3 small whales during the trip which was delightful; we enjoyed watching the younger passengers taking a swim in the sea. Overall this was a somewhat expensive but very enjoyable 3 hour catamaran trip.

Good if you don't mind large groups - Good trip with good hosts. They found spotted dolphins for us boat was very busy but lots of seating and wasn't over crowded. Toilets and bar on board. I just think a smaller trip on one of the smaller yaughts would feel much less commercial.
