Funchal by Tuk Tuk - We had a great time on our visit to Funchal by Tuk Tuk! Our guide was absolutely perfect: considerate, friendly and very professional. He was able to adapt the route to our desires while giving us exciting explanations about the history and local life. The proposed stops allowed us to discover the most beautiful viewpoints and emblematic places of the city, which we probably would not have found alone. An original, comfortable and friendly way to explore Funchal differently. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover the city in an authentic and pleasant way 

Relaxing, tailored and productive - Ricky was a great communicator and tour guide. Ahead of our 11am tour Ricky messaged to inform us the toboggan rides were closed for the day due to wet weather. He asked if we wanted to go ahead with different tour or postpone. We decided to go ahead and weren’t disappointed. We went to Cristo Rei statue stopping enroute for pictures. We then went to Old Town Funchal. We finished up in local bar sampling poncha (at our request!). Ricky’s knowledge of Madeira is excellent and he tailored our tour to suite us. Highly recommend.

Excellent first excursion in Madeira! - We got really lucky and booked last minute and got a tour with Alexis, the owner of the company. I cannot say enough about this tour and how it’s the perfect thing to do right when you arrive in Madeira. We didn’t have a handle of how big the town is or the restaurants away from the resort or the history of the town. He showed us everything we needed to see to get a good history and to understand what our options were for the rest of the stay! He was friendly and LOVES his company and takes pride in the Tuk Tuks. His was way nicer than the other ones we saw on the road. It’s also good to start with this company because they have a ton of other 1-3 hour tours that you might want to check out later in your stay. We didn’t the Old City Funchal tour first and are glad we did! I really do recommend this tour!
