- Balcoes de Ribeiro Frio - In Ribeiro Frio you will be able to the Levava dos Balcões, it’s a small levada walk which takes about 20 minutes and it is worth it.

- Miradouro da Ponta do Rosto - For our last stop of the we will go to the Ponta do Rosto viewpoint, where you can see the red cliffs and, if the weather allows it, you can even see a part of the Porto Santo island
- Machico - We will go thtough Machico which was the first capital of Madeira
- Santa Cruz - And finally we will go through Santa Cruz before dropping you off in your Hotel

A must day out.. - Had an absolutely amazing day with John who did our east tour. Brilliant driver (an absolute must on some of the Royal roads 😆) and so knowledgeable about the island. A real pleasure and worth every euro too.

Great tour with many adventures - The Jeep tour of the East is a great way to combine adventure and sightseeing. We were initially on the second highest vantage point on the island. Afterwards we did a one-hour levada hike. Afterwards there was a short distance that we drove offroad. After a lunch break in Santana, we continued east. It was very exciting to see the different landscape. We finally drove to the extreme point in the east of the island to enjoy a great view and drink Fishermans-Poncha. The tour with Rodrigo was a lot of fun and we felt safe in the jeep at all times.

Exciting tour of Madeira - It was really great, completely recommended! The driver knew his way around, drove off road with us and often made us laugh with his way!

Great way to see lots of different aspects to the island - Such a great way of seeing more of the island and learning more about the place. Our tour guide was Alex, he was very knowledgeable and relaxed and easy to chat to. Having the open top jeep makes it all a bit more exciting than sitting in an air con mini bus like other tour groups we’re doing. The tour allowed us to see the many different aspects to Madeira - high peaks, coastal regions and the small town of Santana and a rum distillery (actually really cute town too). We also had a lovely short walk through a forest area which was nice. The weather changes everywhere you go! We weren’t up for doing major hikes or trying to navigate the very hilly roads ourselves in a hire car, so this trip was perfect as it achieved what we wanted without any stress on our parts! Thanks guys for a great day.

Brilliant day out - A brilliant day out our driver Nelly was excellent sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for Madera. We enjoyed everything about the day, the views from the mountains, walks along the lavardas , the off road drive, the small towns and cliff views. Would happily recommend this tour company to everyone, we went on other tours with other companies, but this one was by far the best.

Great way to see more of this gorgeous island - Wonderful and varied tour with Ryan. His sense of fun and enthusiasm kept us all engaged, in a group ranging in age from 12 to 48!

Full day East Tour - We had a fantastic full day tour on the east side of the island. Ernesto was our driver and tour guide and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and a great guide to have. Would definitely recommend this tour to explore the island to see where you want to explore some more.

Fabulous experience with a great guide. - The whole day was amazing. John our driver was so knowledgeable and informative. Fabulous commentary on food, wildlife, plants and local life as well as Madeira’s history. He also was entertaining and kept us smiling. There were spectacular views to take in and all the stops we made were great. Highly recommend this.

Lovely day out sightseeing - We were picked up at our hotel Dreams resort Madeira at 8am by Brian and taken to Funchal to start the tour. Our driver was Nelly and we headed off to the mountains. Stunning views above the clouds. Then off to Balcoes for a walk and feed the birds looking out over more amazing views .we were then taken for an off-road 4x4 experience around all the farms which was fun and Nelly kept us informed all day about everything that was growing around us. A trip into Santana followed and we had lunch and a walk around.a quick trip to the rum factory for a taster before heading to far east for last amazing views which was close to our hotel . All in all a lovely day out with our driver Nelly and would recommend it.
