Excellent transfer - The drivers were friendly and safe. The journey both ways was excellent. The driver was waiting at the airport and arrived early for the return trip.

Prompt efficient service - A little bit of extra luxury after our early morning flight to avoid hassle of shared transfer and multi-drops. Although the flight had been delayed for a couple of hours the Driver was waiting with our name displayed and drove the most direct route to our hotel in less than 30 minutes. Return journey was similarly straightforward with Christian who we had met on a previous tour arranged by Madeiralimo - highly recommend

Airport collection - Our driver was waiting with a name sign at arrivals. He quickly paid for parking and waited for us to get a sandwich before we left, which was probably very annoying for him. Easy transfer no hassle would recommend.

Abysmal - Used before without problem so booked in August and confirmed by them via email. Arrived at airport and no driver to meet us. Tried calling the office on the numbers provided. No answer! Had to get a local taxi - hotel advised on arrival that Madeiralimo have a terrible reputation these days so definitely off our preferred provider list. Fortunately got an instant refund from PayPal
