  ・ About us: Our mission centers on wellbeing, not only for our guests and horses but as a fundamental principle in all our endeavors. We support animal welfare by providing retired horses with a new career in tourism. In Japan, horses often have limited options post-retirement. By giving them a new purpose, we effectively save their lives and allow them to flourish in a healthy environment.

  We are also dedicated to preserving Japan’s cultural heritage, specifically the ancient art of Yabusame, which is less commonly practiced today. Together, we can uphold tradition, promote sustainability, and foster a meaningful connection between humans and horses.

  ・ Duration: Approximately 2 hours for two participants (may vary slightly depending on group size).

  ・ We utilize native Japanese Kiso horses, which are slightly smaller than Western breeds. For safety and comfort, it is recommended that the rider’s weight is within 85–90 kg. Other guests are welcome to enjoy our horse-drawn carriage ride through Fujiyoshida city or participate in a horse interaction experience instead.

Discover the stunning scenery around Mt. Fuji and immerse yourself in the ancient Japanese art of Yabusame with our horseback archery experience.

Participants will start by donning traditional Yabusame attire and visiting a nearby Shinto shrine. Following this, they will be introduced to our horses and receive instruction in the basics of horseback riding and archery from our expert trainers. We prioritize safety and enjoyment, ensuring a positive experience for everyone, including novices. Participants will hone their skills and bond with our gentle horses, all while enjoying the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji. Once ready, they will take part in the Yabusame challenge, shooting arrows while riding on the sacred grounds of an ancient Shinto shrine.

This exceptional experience combines cultural heritage, natural splendor, and the thrill of horseback archery, offering an unforgettable adventure throughout the year.

• Please note that we use native Japanese horse breeds, which are smaller than Western horses. Therefore, for safety reasons, the weight limit for participants is 90 kg.
