Salman -our Fiji driver/tour - We had a great time with our tour guide/driver, Salman. He had good information about the places we toured and each time, waited patiently for my family and I to finish each town/place. Although we didn’t get to finish all that was in the itinerary, since it was impossible to do so because of awful traffic; we did get to see our top 3-4 spots. Realistically you will see around 5 spots in the itinerary because of bad traffic and many tourists. All in all, we had a great time with Salman.

Your tour , your call ! - If you are a group of 4 or more , I would highly recommend doing the private car/van tour. You pretty much control your time . We decided to skip some places as it didn’t interest us . Our driver Alil, is flexible and pretty much adjusted to our request .

One day your to Mt.Fuji and surrounding areas - We had a wonderful time visiting Mt Fuji, Wind cave, Lake Kawaguchi, Oshino, Saiko, and Kitajuchi Hongu Fuji. Abdul was excellent driver and provided history of the places we visited. Highly recommend Abdul for your visit to Mt. Fuji. We also lucked out since it was super cloudy and it cleared for 10 minutes for a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji!

We recommand this tour - We traveled with a 2-year-old baby. The car was spacious and comfortable. Although we had a cloudy start to the day, the skies finally cleared, giving us a glimpse of Mount Fuji in the afternoon. We may have expected a few more stops, but overall the tour was complete. We recommend packing a picnic lunch to avoid the queues and high prices of the restaurants around the lake. Our guide Maz was very kind and attentive. We recommend this tour.

Great but you need a good weather to fully enjoy it. - The places we have visited have been very nice. The driver was very helpful. However, the weather was not too good which diminished the overall value of the trip.

Great day out - On the whole a lovely day out with excellent door to door service, well worth it. We were lucky with the weather, and got to see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Comfortable car and Ali was a great driver, safe and patient although I would have liked more detail about some of the locations .We visited a variety of sites although stay away from the fried snacks at the Mt Fuji village, not nice at all. Also note there's a 8000 yen charge payable in cash if you change your date which we did because of the weather, thought this was a bit much.

Fraudulent company - Maz, the driver was great but the company Tour Japan is fraudulent and guilty of a bait and switch. We paid for a private tour and the day before when it was too late to book anything else were told that they were adding 4 people to our tour making it no longer private. Those 4 people were then an hour late so we sat in the van outside Tokyo station waiting instead of going on the tour we paid for. Do not use this company.
