• Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway - The Mt. Kachi Kachi Ropeway (カチカチロープウェイ) is situated beside Lake Kawaguchiko and ascends to the peak of Mt Tenjo. From the summit, visitors can enjoy a breathtaking view of Mt Fuji, Lake Kawaguchiko, and the surrounding landscape.
• Chureito Pagoda - Chureito Pagoda (忠霊塔) is part of the Arakurayama Sengen Shrine in Fujiyoshida City and is the most renowned photo spot for capturing Mt Fuji. The iconic view of Mt Fuji, the five-story red pagoda, and cherry blossoms is typically visible from early to mid-April.

During the Cherry Blossom season, visitors should anticipate extended wait times to view Mount Fuji and the Pagoda. In recent years, visitors have had to queue for over an hour to enjoy the view, with viewing times limited to about 3 to 5 minutes.

• Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine - Also known as Fujiyoshida Sengen Shrine, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja (北口本宮冨士浅間神社) is a Shinto shrine located on the northern side of Mt Fuji, nestled between Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Yamanaka. The shrine is beautifully surrounded by lush nature.
• Oshino Hakkai - Oshino Hakkai (忍野八海) is a traditional Japanese village near the Fuji Five Lake area. The village features 8 ponds formed from the spring water of Mt Fuji’s snowmelt.
• Narusawa Ice Cave - The Narusawa Ice Cave (鳴沢氷穴) is a 153-meter lava cave located in the Aokigahara Forest. Visitors can explore the cave, which features ice pillars and walls visible throughout the year.
• Mt. Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station - The Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station (富士スバルライン五合目, Fuji Subaru Line Gogōme, also known as Yoshidaguchi 5th Station or Kawaguchiko 5th Station) is situated approximately halfway along the Yoshida Trail, which extends from the base at Fujiyoshida Sengen Shrine to the summit of Mount Fuji. It is the most frequented of the four 5th stations on Mount Fuji, offering the best development and easiest access via public transportation from Tokyo. The station is accessible nearly year-round, weather permitting, and is a popular sightseeing destination even outside the climbing season.
• Lake Kawaguchiko - The Fuji Five Lakes, or Fuji Goko (富士五湖), comprise five lakes and resort areas at the base of Mt Fuji. The lakes include Lake Kawaguchiko (河口湖), Yamanakako (山中湖), Lake Saiko (西湖), Lake Motosuko (本栖湖), and Lake Shoji (精進湖). These areas are popular tourist destinations year-round, offering activities such as sightseeing, hiking, camping, fishing, cruising, and visiting museums.
• Lake Yamanaka - Part of the Fuji Five Lakes or Fuji Goko (富士五湖), Lake Yamanaka (山中湖) is one of the five lakes and resort areas at the foot of Mt Fuji. The Fuji Five Lakes are a favored tourist destination throughout the year, providing opportunities for sightseeing, hiking, camping, fishing, cruising, and museum visits.
• Kawaguchi Sengen Shrine - Asama Shrine, also known as Sengen Shrine, is recognized as a world cultural heritage site. It was constructed to appease the eruption of Mt. Fuji in 864. The sacred “Shichi-hon Sugi” or “Seven Cedars” are renowned, with all seven trees being over 1,200 years old and designated as Yamanashi natural monuments.

The main approach to the shrine features a large torii gate standing 18 meters tall, with a road flanked by towering cedar trees. This row of cedars is a natural monument of Fujikawaguchiko-machi.

Within the shrine’s precincts, there are over 100 large trees, including the Big Seven Cedars, creating a solemn and majestic atmosphere.
