Great service from all employees we interacted with. Tubes were high quality and the cooler tube was especially nice. When I come again though, I will bring my own kayak paddle to help in the slower moving parts of the river.

Third time this summer!! Can't wait until next year.

Upon arrival it was a zoo. People all over the place, no clear signs on staff explaining where things were or how it would work. We shouldn't have to seek out staff to ask, you should have people directing customers and explaining the process. The river was barely moving and nobody let us know that until we got to the actual river from the shuttle bus. We were not warned about getting stuck on rocks, and there was nobody around to help people who did get stuck. We had two small children with us and the whole trip was a struggle. I wish we had been properly warned and given the option to continue on that day or not. Better yet, when I CALLED BEFOREHAND someone should have mentioned it, we could have saved ourselves an hour+ drive. Staff was very indifferent and not particularly helpful. When we finally got back to the location the changing room doors and the bathroom had been shut and we had to change in the porta potties. If you are taking people's money and not warning them that instead of 3-4 hours they would be on a 5+ hour slow crawl down the river, why shut all of the facilities by 6pm? We were told that if anyone was still out on the water by 6pm they would send someone to help us get back, and they did not. Overall just crappy management. You are charging people $42 to rent a piece of plastic with some air in it to float down a FREE river, and providing barely any services except for a ride and collecting your money. I will definitely not use your services again.
