This excursion takes place in the community of French Cay, away from the most crowded tourist areas of Roatan.
This is the only available excursion that offers hydrobikes and snorkeling with a private beach. The excursion is at your leisure, meaning you can relax at the beach without being rushed back to your ship.
Your tour guide will ensure your safe return to your respective port of call at least 2 hours before the ship sails.

Animals, Hydrobikes and More! Oh My! - We were picked up by a staff/family member, Larry, who was a wonderful, informative tour guide. We stopped at a beautiful animal park and got some great photos as we fed the sweet sloth hibiscus flowers and some sunflower seeds to the frisky monkeys and gorgeous macaws.
We continued our tour to the Hydrobikes portion of our day. The owner/operator, Mark Bodden, was wonderful! We truly enjoyed our extensive time on the bikes, peddling around Fantasy Island Resort (a place I stayed at many years ago!), as well as over to French Cay, another beautiful area. We even saw a stingray glide under us on our bikes! The hydrobikes are easy to peddle and a fun way to get some above-the-water exercise while on the water!
Mark was a wonderful, informative guide as well.
Due to having a significant sunburn from the previous days snorkeling tour, we declined the boat/snorkeling part of the tour as well as the beach time at French Cay. I have no doubt they would have been enjoyable as well!
On our return trip to our resort, Larry was kind enough to stop at a local Chocolate Factory store where we purchased locally made cocoa butter at his recommendation for my sunburn. (Tip: it is amazing and helped me feel so much better quickly!!)
I truly believe this tour is well worth the cost with so many multiple things included!
Great time and Mark even took pics of us and sent them to us!

So much FUN!!! - We had a great time snorkeling and using the Hydro-bikes. It was such a cool
experience. The water was perfect and we felt extremely safe on this excursion. We then headed to Brady’s Cay to eat and relax. Definitely recommend this excursion.

Hands down 5 stars - I can not say enough good things about this tour and their crew! We had such an amazing experience on the hydro bikes and snorkeling. Our guides were very knowledgeable, fun and funny! Definitely recommend booking this excursion!

Fun Adventure! - Such a fun adventure! Beautiful day and our guides were super! Brady's Cay is quite lovely. Beach was closed that day, but that just meant we had the reef to ourselves for snorkeling. Very peaceful and pretty!

Would definitely do it again! - Such a wonderful experience and excursion. We even went on a super windy day! It was amazing. Guides were great, and after all the biking and snorkeling, the private beach (cay) hit the spot! Would 100% recommend. (Our youngest was 2 1/2. They have a bike with a seat in it for him to sit. Our daughter is 7 and sat on one of the “float sides.”

Fun filled day! - The meeting point details seemed a little confusing and I was concerned about getting them right but I messaged the owner and he wrote back very quickly. He also texted me the day before to give me the directions again. Once we were able to get off the ship and start walking, it was easy to find them.
My husband and I had our own dedicated driver (Trisha) and she was wonderful!! She was really friendly and talked with us all the way to the hydro bikes. Once we got there she sat and waited until that part of the excursion was over. The hydro bikes were so fun and easy to operate. When that part was over it was time for snorkeling. Trisha told us she would meet us at the private beach when we were finished snorkeling. We waited on the boat for probably 30 minutes to make sure no one else was coming before we set out to the reef.
The snorkeling part was amazing and we were directly over the reef the whole time. Once that part was finished, they dropped us off at Brady's Cay private beach. Trisha was there waiting on us and she told us that she was staying right there until we were ready to go back. Brady's Cay was nice. They were very busy and the servers were running everywhere trying to get to everyone. We ordered lunch but it never came.
They also had paddle boards and kayaks available for free to use. When we were ready to go back we were able to find Trisha right where she said she would be and she got the boat to give us a ride back to where the car was parked and she drove us directly to the port.
*each part of the excursion is ran by different people who have tip jars available. None of them were pushy or greedy asking for tips. They were all very friendly! We would do this excursion again if we go back to Roatan! 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful experience to... - Wonderful experience to see the beauty Routan has to offer. Tyler, our transportation driver, was super knowledgeable and outgoing. We learned a lot during the drive. Josh was our hydro bike guide and he was great. And the snorkeling was stunning! Simply beautiful! The private beach had delicious drinks and food. We had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend this excursion!!!

Overall great experience! - Tyler was our tour guide and took excellent care of us. He was very knowledgeable with information about the surrounding area that lead us to the hydro bike experience . The hydro bikes were a hit with my family , they were easy to maneuver and an overall fun experience. We were able to see beautiful parts of Roatan and also a beautiful and not crowded beach break.
