Great experience, both fun and relaxing - Really well organised, people are super friendly, snorkelling was fun! I saw some turtles, beautiful corals and lots of different fish. I get cold pretty easily but fortunately there was an option to rent a wet suit for an additional $10. I spent the whole day there, very nice and relaxing atmosphere, some lunch options as well. Grilled conch was nice. I booked a 10am pickup but actually the pickup arrived around 9:20 to reach Paradise Cove at 10 - this was a bit unexpected but fortunately the driver waited for me and it was not an issue. Definitely recommend!

Feb Family Cruise, Freeport - We did the Paradise Cove Day Pass on 8 Feb 2025. There were 5 adults and 1 five year old in our party. We had an amazing time. Mr. Parker picked us up from the port, and drove us to the destination. He was very courteous, and provide info during the drive. His mic wasn't working, so the folks in the back probably couldn't hear him. We were picked up near the Pineridge Locomotive Axle. The folks, in the port were very familiar with the Viator excursion, and told us exactly where to wait. When we arrived, we were given a safety briefing, and then issued tickets to redeem for the various items of the excursion, e.g. food, drinks, snorkeling gear, etc... The tide was very low when we arrived, but that did not detract from the tour. In fact, we were able to walk to the reef balls, which was great for our 5 year old. We snorkeled, kayaked, enjoyed the beach, ate, drank, and shopped. We saw plenty of small fish, several rays including a big one, and a bunch of sea turtles. The food was nothing spectacular, but it wasn't horrible. We had worked up quite an appetite, so we ate! We've never thought much about Freeport, but this was a very fun excursion, and if we are ever back at Freeport, it will be at the top of our list!

Fabulous Beach club with all the amenities - Easy to book on viator. The description matched what was included. On a Carnival cruise with pickup from Freeport Cruise Terminal. We kayaked & snorkeled. The snorkeling great for beginners as water was pretty shallow and not very rough. They had lounge chairs and a restaurant. Our meal was included (cheeseburgers & hot dogs). We added fish fingers & fried conch fritters. The food was exceptional and a great price for additional items. The beer was ice cold & bahama mama & rum runners had right amount of rum. The service was really great. We would definitely do this excursion again!

Your driver ( I wish I... - Your driver ( I wish I remembered his name) immediately put you in the island mode with his relaxed personality, he provided a great overview of the area as he drove us to the beach. All staff at Paradise Cove were super friendly and helpful to ensure you had a good time . Do the snorkeling early before low tide, which will give you time to try the paddle board and kayaking. Drinks and food were delicious, try the local beer. We did the whole day experience, well worth the money… definitely a great family or friends location!

Perfect way to spend the... - Perfect way to spend the day in Grand Bahama! Paradise Cove was a nice, little beach and it had some great snorkeling. We snorkeled out by the rocks, around the reef, and saw lots of cool sea life.

We went with our family!... - We went with our family! Mr Parker picked us up and was so pleasant! He informed us about the island on our drive to snorkel! My Kids ages were 8. 10 and 13! The weather that day wasn’t ideal (not their fault), the waves were rough & it was sandy in the shallower water- so it wasn’t the best snorkeling unless you swam out deep!! They have shallow snorkeling that looked amazing, just wasn’t the right day or it when we went. Myself- my husband and our 13 yr old swam out deep- The little ones didn’t! They were very kind- informative- the gear was great and the flotation belt was awesome (versus a lifejacket)!! I saw: barracudas and so many colorful fish and a sting ray! The beach was pretty! We had some food and drinks as well! Overall we had a really great day and if we ever come back we will be sure to come here again and hope the seas are calmer!

Paradise Cove was perfect! - We booked the day pass as an excursion during a cruise--would 10/10 recommend!! Communicating with Paradise Cove before and during our time there was super easy, and everyone who helped us was friendly and courteous and provided accurate infomation. Transportation from and back to the cruise port was simple. Nathan lined up our driver, and we waited less than 5 minutes at the designated pick up area. We enjoyed the snorkeling, playing in the water and in the sand, lunch from the grill. Everything was perfect, and we would choose to visit here again!

Awesome for snorkeling and seeing Sea Turtles - A must do if you are in Freeport/Grand Bahamas. We booked right through the companies page. We came to the island via cruise ship. It was super easy to find our included transportation. Mr. Parker shuttled us to and from the location. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed snorkeling on our own at our own pace. Saw lots of fish, coral and more importantly SEA TURTLES. We swan right along side them. Also enjoyed the beautiful beach to lounge on. Don’t forget to order food. We had fried fish and conch that was out of this world delicious. Such amazing cooks. Also available are drinks including local beer and a gift shop. This place is off the beaten path and a slower pace/chill vibe with enough to do for adults and children 8 and 9. Do not hesitate to book this and spend the entire day here. 100% recommended.

Just okay - All staff were very friendly but resort wasn’t too terribly nice. We went the end of January and we saw maybe 5 fish total. Unfortunately no sea turtles or other sea creatures. :(. Not sure we would do it again…

Perfect for snorkeling. Disappointing transportation - The place is amazing for snorkeling. The best I ever visited. I saw turtle , lobster a fabulous coral. The place is unforgettable. But we arrived at Freeport, there was no sign of where we should wait for the pick up. Other people working there, helped us telling where to wait for the driver. We were expecting a man, but a lady arrived on a van, there was nothing indicating the company. She called maybe 2 times, I was lucky to hear her to get on the van, but I believe there were people left behind. We were informed to be ready for pick up at 2:30, she didn’t show up, no one could locate her and it was stressful. She arrived at 3:19. That is the reason I don’t rate 5 stars, because of the transportation, lack of information.
