Enjoy the various sections of the historic center and savor artisanal jug wine at a traditional Wine Tavern, a popular spot for local farmers to unwind with friends and colleagues. The wine will be paired with a delicious local snack!

Following this, guests will be driven to the family’s historic Farmhouse, just a short distance from the town.

• Minardi Frascati Winery - Experience the family’s historic Wine Farmhouse, nestled in the valleys of Frascati Wine, merely 7 minutes from Frascati town.

For nine generations, the Minardi family has cultivated vineyards and olive trees, producing jug wine directly in the old cellar. The farmhouse now serves as a “Frascati Wine Museum,” surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, promoting the culture of fine local wines and cuisine.

Enjoy a guided tour and tasting of three Boutique Wines and EVO Oil, accompanied by a traditional LUNCH at the farmhouse! At the end of the experience, guests will be driven back to town to catch the return train from the city center to Rome.
