Fun quick little line - Fun short on the water boat ride...45 mins...cool old boat, drinks and snacks, if you want, reasonably priced...and they let you bring your own snacks if you want

Hop on, hop off maybe.... - It was a good way to view the city. However, our ride was a little short and you need to be sure that you know when the ride is over. We were asked to get off the bus miles from our "hop on" location and were stranded to find a route back. Be sure you understand the timings of the routes and where you can get back on. Stops are short and you need to be alert to hop back on. The audio was not that great and there were long periods between sights were there was no commentary. I think I would have preferred a live guided tour.

Informative tour with room for improvement - My experience with the Gray-Line was mixed. I searched in vain at the main station for 30 minutes for the stop, which is simply not signposted at all and then found it rather by chance because the company's live tracker indicated a bus that did not move for a few minutes. Even if there is a construction site at the Hautbahnhof, you could put up a sign here. The route itself then had nothing to do with the routes advertised on flyers or on the Internet (red or green), but was, surely due to the many construction sites, significantly different from this, but nevertheless very interesting. There were hardly any seats left and then in the basement, where I could barely catch a glimpse outside. The technology worked perfectly and the staff were friendly. The lyrics were easy to understand and informative.

Reasonable - A lot of waiting in the bus at the beginning. Driver not super friendly. The tour itself was good and interesting.

Waste of money - We’ve done hop-on hop-off tours in various cities and the Frankfurt one has to be the worst so far. Sales lady was unhelpful and unfriendly, the bus frequency is terrible and it was expensive for what it was.

Not worth it - Overpriced. Offical site not in the top results on search engine resulted in we paying more than we should have. The voice was mismatched with the sites. So missed alot of them becasue we either allready passed it or had not passed it yet. The chairs was not padded and not good to sit in. Driver did not wait until kids got up the stairs before started driving causing one of them allmost falling.

Poor communication - We booked the hop on hop off bus for the day in Frankfurt, unknowingly that there was a gay pride parade happening all day that shut down the city Center. The bus did not show up as the roads were closed, so we (with a group of people) walked along the route until we could find a bus running. We ultimately waved one down on the south side of the river. He informed us that it was an altered shorter route. It was disappointing that we did not see all we wanted to. The tour company or Viator could have communicated this and compensated something - ie. offer a different day.

Avoid This Tour – Total Waste of Money - I strongly advise against booking this tour. The service was absolutely terrible from start to finish. Despite being advertised as a hop-on, hop-off experience, this is completely misleading. Once you get off the bus, don’t expect them to come back for you — they simply won’t. We waited for nearly three hours at one of the stops, and the bus never showed up. Eventually, we had to pay for an Uber just to return to the starting point. To make matters worse, the driver contacted the station manager, Magdaleni Fritsch, who clearly has no idea what good customer service means. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she was dismissive and unprofessional. When we asked for a refund, the staff became rude and even hostile. This company clearly does not care about its customers, and their false advertising is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere — this tour is not worth your time or money.

waste of time and money - we spent 2 hours at the stop but the bus never showed up. Changed the stop once and still there was no bus in sight. waste of money and time. Do not recommend it to anybody! and if you try to connect with the support center you will spend another 30min talking to a chatbot... frustrating and disappointing.

No highlight - Isn't the money worth waiting too long. No information at the stops It's almost better to walk. I would not recommend it !!!!
