A practical, simple and useful experience - It was an excellent option to have an overview of the most relevant parts of the city in an hour. Accessible bus, you can access with scooter and/or wheelchair. Carlos, the driver, Galician Orense, a beautiful person, helped us a lot and guided us on how to get around Frankfurt and on places of reduced mobility.

Perfect tour! - Excellent! Loved the city and highly recommend it. Good funny to see the driver fighting with other drivers!

Good orientation - Reliable just went around once then got out at palm garden which was beautiful and a bit far to walk to.

Great opportunity to visit the city - Great city tour, booked both tours but ended up doing only the city tour as I noticed that it is 2x almost the same tour with few exceptions. Never got out, saw a lot and got great info.

Hop On to learn a little history and see the city - We enjoy these bus rides, the audio explanations, and the different perspectives you get from seeing the city from the second deck of the bus. We also appreciate doing this first thing to set our agenda for the day and then hit the sites.

Enjoyed listening to the... - Enjoyed listening to the back stories of the city. We appreciated the art, e.g the man with the hammer

Frankfurt tour - Very disappointing. I was only able to access one of the routes. Route was mainly in business area of the city and pointed out various buildings.

Terrible - Tour bus was cancelled & no refund given. Found out after booking same morning buses were not running though charge was processed against credit card

Very poor value considering the cost. - Purchased Grand ticket for both city tour and skyline tour online. Info says your tickets are by email but when you get on they say no you must have paper ticket and not to loose it. City tour was ok and commentary very good. Website says the Skyline tour is every half hour. We waited 55 minutes. When questioned about this the driver did not understand the point. The tour didn’t follow the map provided on the bus. It missed out about a third of the shown route. No explanation provided. The commentary was out of sync with the bus location-presumably because the route was not followed. Very poor value. I would not recommend it.

No Maps !!! - The lady who we purchased our tickets from on the bus was rude and condescending She did not provide us with map for our 5 people family and when I asked her she gave me one and when I asked for more said “ one enough” !! I don’t recommend this tour Poor customer service
