Very knowledgable red wine expert! - A really engaging, immersive experience with a local wine expert who works at various chateaus in Bordeaux. He was very knowledgable on wine. Learnt about the taste of the different grapes, with a presentation. 5 different reds, cheese and meat. Came out with a lot of new knowledge especially on the history of wine and the regions of Bordeaux. Would recommend to anyone who wants to brush up/learn about red wine.

Interesting class - We visited on a very hot day in July. We really enjoyed the class. Hugo was very informative, friendly and helpful. The class is very much focused on the wines of Bordeaux (Left / Right back ect). Mixture of history / theory and tasting. Highly recommended.

Very informative and fun tasting morning - This is the second time I have done a tasting with Olala. Antoine welcomed us and was very engaging and informative. We were lucky to have another couple on the tasting, who were lovely and as interested as we were. A lovely way to spend a morning in Bordeaux before going on more wine tasting. Would highly recommend to ask for Antoine if that is possible.

Fabulous Wine Tasting Experience in Heart of Bordeaux - Fabulous wine tasting experience with Hugo in a small storefront that looks exactly like the photo on Viator. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and learned so much about wine…especially those from Bordeaux. The wines we sampled were delicious and so was the accompanying charcuterie board. Would highly recommend this experience to both novices and experts.

Interesting and fun class located in the heart of the city - This was my first visit to Bordeaux, and I chose this course to learn more about the wine-making in the region and a bit more about their history. This class really hit the mark! The instructor spent the first 20 minutes or so discussing the history of the Bordeaux region, the sub-areas and their history of wine making. Having traveled to other wine regions in the world, I enjoyed that this class went beyond the basics that you might get from other classes. In addition to sampling wines, it was fun to use our new knowledge to determine the age of the vintage and blend that was used. I highly recommend this class for novice to intermediate wine enthusiasts.

Great experience for wine-lovers of all kinds - Masterclass with Hugo today was an absolutely brilliant experience. Hugo was so knowledgeable; we learned so many new things in just a couple of hours and it's inspired us to find out more. The session was well planned and professional, and we tried 7 wines with tasty morsels alongside. You can choose English-speaking at time of booking. If you're looking for a half-day crash course in interesting wine facts you should definitely book. Thank you O La La!
