The experience starts with an olfactory journey through the history and production of oils, with a focus on aromatherapy. Participants will then engage in an olfactory workshop to identify the essential local oils and understand their benefits.

Under the guidance of the facilitator, participants will receive DE advice on common practices and precautions before creating a personalized preparation of their choice: a roll-on for winter aches or bruises, a cosmetic or dermatological lotion, a cold inhaler stick, or a blend of oils to aid sleep, purify the air, or soothe the airways.
