An amazing birdwatching tour - We went birdwatching the afternoon in the city of Foz do Iguaçu itself, and it was fantastic ! Marcelo knows extremely well the birds in the area and where to see them.
Of course with nature you never know exactly in advance what you are going to see, but we were very lucky to see amazing species such as the Whistling heron, the Blue fronted parrot, or the Bat falcon.
Marcelo also speaks very well English and French. I can only highly recommand him !

Massively Value Additive Guide - Marcelo gave me a tour of the Arg and Brazilian sides of the falls in the one day I had. This was one of the most 'value added' guided experiences I've had. He loves and is very knowledgeable of flora and fauna; as such he'll often point out interesting plants and animals that I would have otherwise missed. He has identified thousands of plants, animals, and insects that he has uploaded to apps to help people identify them. He knows ideal spots to take in the views or to capture photos from. He moves you along at a fast pace if you'd like to move quickly. And he doesn't push souvenir shops or similar on you. And he is enjoyable to chat with. The falls are incredible and Marcelo makes the experience even more amazing. Highly recommend

Outstanding day of birding - Marcelo was an outstanding bird guide. He knew the area, knew the birds, and knew the calls. Because it was my first time birding in Brazil almost everything was new for me, and Marcelo was instructive and patient. He also is able to target more specific species for more experienced birders. His hummingbird garden was an unexpected (and very active) treat. I highly recommend!

Fabulous Trip! 🦜 - Marcello was fabulous! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional and fun! He took us to several different sites to bird giving us the opportunity to see a maximum number of species. The trip was very customizable to match our desires. Don’t hesitate to book a trip with him. More than worth the money!

A truly great guide for Iguazu Falls and for birds - With my wife and another couple, I visited the two sides of Iguazu Falls on consecutive days with Marcelo. He was a wonderful guide in all respects -- knowledgeable, easy to be with, punctual, helpful -- everything you want in a guide. Originally, our group intended to see the Argentine side on our own and to be guided only on the Brazil side, and all four of us agreed we were very glad that we changed our plan. Separate and apart from being a great guide to the falls, Marcelo is a terrific bird guide; he is really expert on the Brazilian and Argentinian species (and probably more). He has my strongest recommendation, and my travel companions agree.
