Amazing Experience - The guide was very informative, professional, accommodating, and organized. He picked us on time and the day was very well planned. I would defiantly recommend this trip!

Highly Recommend - I would highly recommend this tour. It’s worth noting that you’d have to pay for the tour and the passes to visit both the Argentinian and Brazilian Parks. This is not a negative but I felt it was worth mentioning. The positives include: * Robert the tour guide was very welcoming, informative and friendly. He made sure we were all comfortable and spoke in English and Spanish. * The views are amazing which we had more than enough time to view and admire on both sides. Words and pictures don’t do it justice. I don’t have any real negatives but I would recommend wearing a raincoat/ponchos as a lot of water does spray in the tourist areas. If you’ve ever dreamed of seeing Iguazu Falls then I would once again highly recommend this tour. It was well organised, delivered on what it promised and I left with a positive experience.

A brilliant day - We had an excellent guide, Bruno. Looked after us brilliantly through passport and entry ticket procedures. Falls are stunning. We took so many pictures. Exceeded expectations.

Family trip to the falls - STTFOZ was amazing to work with. Robert was our guide for the day and his expertise and knowledge of the area is superb. We had a day trip to Foz do Iguaçu from Buenos Aires last month. Unfortunately due to time constraints we were unable to spend then 6 hours in the area. We booked SSTFOZ to help us with the trip as we were worried that due to long lines and border crossing we might not be able to see too much. Robert was wonderful to work with and even helped us arrange pick up from the airport on the Argentina side. He was very knowledgeable about the area and ensured that we were not only able to see both sides of the falls but also were able to experience the boat ride. In addition, he helped the kids spot toucans, monkeys turtles and other mammals on our hikes and answered all their questions patiently. We honestly would not have been able to experience the magic of the area and see so much without Robert. Thank you!

Excellent Experience! Highly Recommended! - Our tour group was very lucky, as there had been heavy rain over the past week, and access to the Devil's Throat closed for several days. We had perfect weather, and higher than normal water volumes, which made for a spectacular day! Our guide was Bruno, and driver Fabio. Both excellent. Bruno is super organized, and gives perfectly detailed explanations of the day's itinerary and precise times that things will take place. In each instance, things worked out exactly as he indicated. As noted in the list of tour inclusions and exclusions, there are some expenses that are not covered in the tour. This is what we paid extra, for the reference of others who may wish to take this tour in future. All prices are current as of December 15, 2024: 1) Iguazu National Park Fee (Argentina) - 45,000 ARS 2) Iguacu National Park Fee (Brazil) - 116 R 3) Brazilian Eco Fee - The equivalent of $1 US, but can also be paid in ARS or R cash 4) Lunch - Three options: food court, fast food, or Brazilian buffet. I opted for the latter option, and the price was a flat 149 R, excluding beverages. Also, though not mentioned in the tour itinerary on TripAdvisor, there is an optional boat tour available, if desired. The boat tour is of two hours duration, and costs the equivalent of $65 US, where you can ride in an inflatable boat right up to the base of the waterfalls. We were told to expect to get very wet, if we chose to participate. None of the people in our group decided to participate in the boat tour, but Bruno indicated that approximately 60% of most groups do decide to take the boat tour. In my case, if I had known in advance that this option was available, I would have taken steps to protect my electronic gear from water, and brought a rain covering or other garment. People who do not want to take the boat tour do the normal itinerary, which in the afternoon consists of walking along the trails to the various viewpoints situated along the Brazilian side of the falls.

One of the best run tours I’ve been on - Antonio and his crew did an amazing job on this tour. Pickup was punctual and well organized as well as the rest of the day. The clear overview of the day, tickets to be purchased, and logistics of the trip was super helpful. Timing and getting to a location just a minute or 2 earlier than the competitors made a huge difference and saved our group a lot of time and headaches and ultimately made the tour very pleasant. Antonio, our guide, was extremely accommodating and gave excellent information and answered questions in an upbeat and confident fashion with a little fun along the way. The van was comfortable, clean, and the driver did an excellent job. Our group had the opportunity to do the boat excursion under the falls in the afternoon if we chose to. Antonio gave clear advice as to what this experience was and what to expect. His whole crew rallied and succeeded on making sure that I would complete the tour in sufficient time to get to IGU for a flight at the end of the day. I can’t say enough good about this tour and those who work so hard to make it a fantastic experience. Do yourself a favor and book with them!

Incredible tour, perfect guide - Incredible tour. The guide is super nice and speaks great English. I booked the afternoon before and everything worked as planned. You get to see the most important parts of both sides in a single-day which is pretty incredible, you have plenty of time to enjoy it as well. Just keep in mind that you have to pay both entrance fees as well as the lunch, if you want to eat.

The worst experience of my life - The worst experience of my life. We had been picked up at the hotel at 7 a.m. and they didn't show up. And for the most part, when you call the contact phone, they don't take it. I'm waiting for my money back. Definitely a scam. Do not book this activity.
