Captain ____ Makes the Trip - The captain Tuesday at 6PM was awesome and made the trip very enjoyable. He was able to answer all of our questions and added a lot of insight on his own.

Great - Nice time with tour guide and his knowledge of his art of boating experience and wild life the guests on board were also friendly adding the ambience and the sunset although with clouds still gives the magical view added by the playful dolphins and pelicans

Great Tour - Captain Rob is very knowledgeable about the area with a twist of humor. Enjoyed an ice cold *complementary* beer (waters and soft drink also available) while watching a group of 5 dolphins play around the boat. We ended with a beautiful view of the sunset. Would recommend 100%

Don't do it, you've been warned - Overpriced for this experience. While in another state Biloxi Mississippi in July of this year we took a pontoon 1.5 hour sunset Cruise that was so much better regarding the information received from the crew on board, the personality of the boat operator and the price. For two seniors it was almost half what this cost and so much more enjoyable. We arrived at the time we were supposed to. No one was on the boat and rather than allow two seniors 75 and 77 to get out of the hot sun we had to wait standing and sweating for about 20 minutes before we were allowed to board. Once on board husband had two beers, wife one water and one small 6 oz Sprite, value no more than $20. Again so way way overpriced. All we did was board the pontoon boat there were seven other passengers and the two crew members and the crew members were Ryan and Brian. Ryan operated the boat, Brian for whatever little information he gave, was mostly directed to three female middle-aged women visiting from the European country of Poland, he stayed toward the front of the boat we were at the back of the boat and we heard nothing . When asked where was the lighthouse he said oh remember the little joke I said about a 92-year-old woman with a flashlight climbing to the top, we said no. we heard nothing like that! He said I apologize we had asked this question when the Cruise was over. Basically all that was done was we boarded the boat. Went in a semicircle no narration of the area or history Etc then parked the boat, watched the sun go down and returned. It was a very unpleasant experience to say the least, exploitation of the elderly for sure!!! . I may contact a Viator representative to request a refund as my experience with Viator many times in the past has been great they are reputable , this particular company was as if these two gentlemen were just out on their personal boat for a ride on the water . in no way was it even a reasonable price or value for what was received, and in addition it definitely was not a pleasant memorable Excursion. I would not recommend this to anyone ever.
