Port of Miami to fll hotel transportation - Driver was able to arrive earlier than scheduled which was perfect since I got off the cruise ship early. Smooth pickup, excellent communication. The sprinter was big and comfortable, we were a group of 8 so worked out perfectly. We got picked up at the port of Miami and dropped off at a Fort Lauderdale hotel the service was great. Highly recommend!

Avoid - We arrived at FLL and could not find the Van. We asked inside the airport and they told us where to go stand. We asked the security outside they told us the same place so it seemed we were in the correct please. after waiting 20 minutes I tried calling all 3 numbers I could find on the reservation. NO ONE would answer the phone I tried 30 times. My son was able to finally get someone on the phone, we had been waiting 45 minutes by this time. Finally after waiting almost 1.5 hrs in the heat they showed up. There customer service phone number does not work!
