Fantastic boat cruise - Picked up this cruise on a Groupon and was glad I did. We had a thoroughly enjoyable 90 minutes aboard with Captain Jason. He was funny and informative throughout the journey. Alcoholic drinks were included and it was a great way to sail past some fantastic mansions and super yachts. Jason and his first mate were great hosts on this lovely little cruise. Would highly recommend.

Fun on the water - We had so much fun and the staff was exceptional. The views were amazing and learned about the history of the waterway. Didn’t want it to end. I would definitely recommend.

Cruise is good, communication beforehand isn’t!! - This review will be in 2 parts, one for the trip, the other for the communication or lack of! The trip itself was very good, informative and the boats, yachts and house you see are amazing. The two man crew are very attentive in terms of drinks etc and take turns providing information regarding the Fort Lauderdale area and things you see on the trip. Before the trip itself, well there’s a mix up in communication somewhere. So I received an email on 18/7/24 from Riverfront Cruises via Viator that advising they’d moved and their boat was now at 301 SW 3rd Avenue, FL 33312 which was the same ‘redemption point’ on the voucher and PDF voucher that Viator send you once you’ve paid (2 days before), what’s confusing is on the voucher it says the meeting point is 2670 E Sunrise Blvd, FL 33304 which are a 15 minute drive apart. I contacted the operator via Viator 2 days ago asking if the voucher needs to be redeemed into a ticket beforehand at either address and also confirm the meeting point however I didn’t receive a reply. This morning I head off to 301 SW 3rd Avenue which is a dead end road however there’s a sign for both Riverfront Cruises and the House on the River Restaurant where the boat is located behind or so we were told. What there isn’t is any free parking despite the voucher saying there’s free public parking! It’s about 11:20am now, our cruise is at midday so my wife got out the car and walked behind the restaurant in hope of finding someone from Riverfront Cruises to ask about the ticket redemption query and also about parking however there was no boat or anyone around. During this time I notice another car driving slowly around, speak with them and they’re also trying to find the cruise but the lady was on the phone to them and they gave her an address of 2901 Seville Street, Fort Lauderdale and advise that’s where the cruise leaves from and they’d be there at 11:45am Another 15 minute drive away, we get there, there’s no parking so ourselves (and the other car) end up parking in a hotel for $20! Other people are waiting for the cruise and there seems to be some confusion as to if you need printed tickets/vouchers or show vouchers on the phone so much so that another lady waiting was told it had to be a printed voucher and had previously driven 40 minutes to get this only to be told when the cruise arrived that a confirmation email or voucher on the phone is fine! As it was once we boarded the boat we waited a few minutes before departing in case anyone turned up so I’m sure there were others who missed the trip as they maybe didn’t have the correct info on the meeting point which we only got by chance due to another family in the same place, same time as us! Overall the trip is good, the communication beforehand needs to be improved because it’s a shambles.

Great ride and informative tour guide. I will definitely go on another tour with family/friends. - I spent time with my relatives from Weribee Australia. Nice way to spend 90 minutes viewing the beautiful riverfront views of Fort Lauderdale, Florida with them.

Bad management. - We ordered 3 tickets ($135) to travel on the river on 3 August 2024. On website, meeting point is at 301 SW 3rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, USA. When we came at meeting point we didn't see any boat over there. Some passengers from another states and countries had the same problems like us. I called to customer service and they said that the meeting point in another place 2901 Seville ave, Fort Lauderdale, far from original place 20 minutes driving. All of us were late. If they wanted to change address, they should send an agent to old place 301 SW to pick up their customers and took them to new address. The mistake was from travel company completely. They didn't refund customers the money.

Very Disappointed! - We went to the original departure location to find the location had changed. We didn't have time to get to the new location so we missed this event. I have requested a refund given we missed at no fault of our own.

Canceled day of & wasn't supposed to be available at all?? - Trip canceled day of but when we called to find out more we were told by the company that they were not even doing tours this week so it shouldn't have even been available...we are still waiting on a refund.

Go with someone else - Be careful! They cancelled our tour thr night before. I also got an email with tickets so I was uncertain on if it was cancelled or not and could not contact them until the morning of our tour. The man that answered the phone stated it was cancelled “because they wanted to for various reasons.” He was extremely rude and inconsiderate. We booked with Jungle Tours and it was great!
