Stress free trip - The bus ride over was very comfortable and our guide made sure we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable trip. Pick up and drop off times were on time. Very friendly staff going above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of.

Wonderful trip - Awesome trip!!!! If I could mention only one flaw , that would be the pick up because the driver was late but just by 10 min. So really not a big deal. The rest everything was wonderful. Very comfortable bus but no USB to charge our phones on the way back. There were outlets but weren’t working. Just these few improvements have to be done but overall great great trip!! Nice tour guide, very good driver and super informative and organized. Love it!!!!!

Key west snorkeling - Our bus guide was phenomenal: informative, kind, humorous and friendly! My family of four had THE best time. The bus ride was safe and comfortable. The snorkeling add-on was worth every penny for us! We’ve used Viator on several trips and have never been disappointed.

Key West Tour - Very comfortable and safe drive during a flash flood warning. The ride is long but the staff did their best to make it a comfortable and informative experience.

Pros and Cons - Eveything considered it was a good trip. Pros - The staff was great and provided a lot of information about the Keys and it's history. - David was very attentive and made sure you got were you needed to go, knew when to be back, and how to reach him if needed. - Takes the worry about driving through the madness that is the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale highways - Allows you to enjoy the view without worrying about taking your eyes off the road. - A good tour for those who have never been to the area. - Not having having to worry about a drive back after a long hot day. Cons - long ride in a bus. - lots of stops to pick up all the various passengers...would be better with a more consolidated system. - risk of rude people on the bus. All in all the trip down was ok...little uncomfortable at times so if you have knee or back issues keep that in mind. While in Key West every thing was great. The food was fantastic...highly recommend Fogertys. The affiliated boat trip was excelent and relaxing. Unfortunately on bus trip back...the AC never really worked so it was a muggy, on the verge of sweating, 3 hour trip back to Miami. To make it worse there was a group in the back that were rudely loud, talking, laughing and cackling. This made trying to rest literally impossible. Luckly, for me, I remembered I had a pair of foam ear plugs in my day bag, but everyone elsestill had to suffer. They got quiet for a while after I made sure they saw me putting them in, but it didn't last. It also seemed like all the passengers had the top deck of the bus while the the driver and our guide had the bottom all to themselves...might have been a better trip if people had been able to spread out a bit.

Trip to the keys - Was a very long bus trip. Got an extra snorkeling trip where we didn't see anything. Didn't have much time to do anything else in the keys. Was ok. Not the best

The Bus saga! - Going with the good point of view first. Any day you can spend in Key West and not have to drive back and forth is a fun time. Just sit back and enjoy the views. But I highly doubt we will take this option again, for several reasons. 1. I knew it was about 3.5 hours one way from our starting point in Ft Lauderdale. But when you add in another almost 3 hours on a shuttle bus running around for pickups in Miami, before even getting to the tour bus. So basically 11-12 hours of driving time. I wish the web site tour description helped prepare possible patrons for this longer day. 2. No wi-fi on the bus and over half of the charger ports didn't worked. 3. It was a nice stop about half way down the Keys, southbound for a food and restroom break. It would have been fantastic for the same on the northbound trek. Problems with the onboard restroom on the return trip was a big problem (see #4 for additional info). 4. After an afternoon in Key West, some of which are harder on some than others. Naturally someone will be late getting back to the bus. I wish they would have taken another 5 minutes on the street so they could have gotten sick out there and not on the bus. Basically the restroom was unusable on the entire trip back, the one with no rest stop from above. 5. Luckily we were getting off at the first stop in Miami, which we didn't know until about 15 minutes before when the tour guide announced that. So off the bus and into a shuttle to get us back to the Ft. Lauderdale. Figured we could just ask the driver for a restroom stop where it was easy and convenient. He didn't speak any English and we don't speak Spanish.

Wouldn’t do it again…. - The time in Key West was good but short…what they didn’t tell us was that we would be running around picking people up for the first 90 min before leaving for Key West and the same on the way home. We were picked up at 5:45 AM and got back at 11 PM (was supposed to be 8:30pm). So, in total we were gone for 17 hours but spent 6 hours in Key West. The rest was driving around picking up and dropping off and driving to Key West. I would not do it again this way.

We did not get to go at... - We did not get to go at all based off of terrible communication and misrepresentation of service. $500 taken from my families vacation with nothing in return!! I will never try to book someone like this again.
