Saw gators, good tour group - Great tour! So interesting to see what Florida swampland looked like before all the development. Saw a handful of gators swimming which was pretty cool. It was a little difficult to hear the tour guide when there were airboats running in the area but that is to be expected. Very friendly and helpful crew. Would recommend!

So much fun - Had a great trip with Zack. He was fun, knowledgeable and answered all our questions completely. Seeing the alligators up close was awesome! I highly recommend a swamp tour with Zack,

Great Experience but a little too "touristy" - We did this tour as part of the Big Bus tour, and we had coach bus transportation to and from the park. The wait to get on the boat was not long, and our tour guide was amazing. It is such a beautiful area. After the boat tour, you could attend an alligator show. It was neat to see the alligators, but there was a bit too much pressure to donate.

Great other than the long wait. - We went on this tour and loved it. Only drawback was the fact there was no set time to We had to wait 1 1/2 hours to take the tour. The tour guide was excellent and we saw 3 alligators.

Do not purchase tickets through Sightseeing Pass - The Park was okay. The lady at the front was abrupt and a bit rude- refused to honor Sightseeing Pass purchase so had to rebuy it. Not helpful or empathic. Waited an hour to board the boat but our guide was wonderful. (Tyler)

Not very much wild life.... - Not very much wild life. Viewed only 2 alligators. Couple of birds only. Captain was good and friendly.

Do something else - This was a very disappointing experience. The main aim seemed to be speed and noise, so the birds mostly disappeared. I scored a middle seat. And the boat has a roof, so I viewed sawgrass, and that was all. They shouldn't charge for that seat. It's worse than not going. Worse than a waste of money. Boring and noisy and a totally not wildlife experience. Do something else.

Captain of our boat is a bully and antisemite. - A 6 mo. pregnant woman asked to not sit in the last row (next to the engine), and the Captain, a blond, loud obnoxious bully purposely placed her in the last row. I feel like suing because she was obviously a religious Jew. He also was bullying a woman in her 60s because the woman asked a question that he mistook as offensive. He humiliated her repeatedly before and after the boat ride. I'm considering getting an attorney or the local news involved, because we were a party of 8 and everyone witnessed his despicable behavior.
