I'd do it again - It was a great time and the home made cocktail was great. Only problem I ran into was the booking time on viator says 1145am however the operators told me it was at 1pm so I came back later. It was great

Dolphin and turtle catamaran day - We spent a wonderful day on the catamaran. We saw dolphins and turtles. We LOVED our day and we recommend it 100%! Everything was perfect ! Thanks again to Micka and Valerie for this great day! We met some awesome people on the boat!

Magnificent experience - Magnificent experience. !!! Incredible excursion, a very beautiful discovery. The guide taught us a lot of things, showed us a lot of things, was very professional, he also listened to everyone. I have rarely seen such a varied and quality excursion. I highly recommend this excursion.

Nice excursion - Very nice excursion, the guide is very friendly and handles the boat very well (return with a lot of wind). The time spent at Les Anses d'Alet to see the fish is very good, thanks to the explanations on the buoys. The fresh fruit snack was appreciated. The only downside: the start time had been delayed and we were not notified, but it allowed us to do some shopping, so without problem.

Not trustworthy - We had booked Kairidream on the Kairidream website following 2 telephone conversations with the man who pilots the boat. Meet at 12 p.m. in Fort De France after more than an hour's drive. He texts us to cancel at 11am. Not cool. Not serious !!!

they canceled on us last minute - They canceled last minute and we had no time to book anything else as it was so last minute. It is very disappointing. The weather was great and there were loads of other snorkeling tours going out that day. Would not recommend. Took forever to refund.

Bad bad bad !! - The are not honest , tell lies about the starting time , 11.45 on the ticket en suddenly it start 13 we did not have enough time at 13 , the did not tell us before . We think it is all about the money they wait because then there were more people . They told that via tor made the fault but also at other sides ( Tripadvisor and get you’re guide they had the same time . So they all do it fault! I don’t Think so. So do NOT book with them !!!

Bad bad bad! - Of we could give 0 stars we would The excursion should have start at 11.45 But when we went there nobody was there at 11.40 some body came and tell us that it start at 13.00’instead of 11.45 , via tor had it not good on the site they said , but also at every other site the time is 11.45 . It was probaly all about the money at 11..45 there were only 4 persons and at 13.00 9 persons more. We had to be back at time at the cruise so we canacelled , via tor was very helpful but kairi dream not ! You can not go on an other time with out telling us before, so book some were else en NOT kairi dream

Horrible. - FUÏRE!!!! I paid 280 € for the day with 2 and the provider never answered us either by email, text, or call. So we had no knowledge of the meeting place which was either at 3 ilet or at Fort de France. Despite this negligence, we still moved 25 minutes in advance to the “offices” at the Quai de Fort de France and waited until 45 minutes after the time of booking so almost 1h30 on site and no one picked us up, nor answered the phone... We started the refund procedure...

Did not pick us up! - We booked and paid through TripAdvisor. The operator did not show up. I called their number. They did not answer. I sent them an email. They did not respond. We walked around instead. I requested a refund. I just received and email telling me they will not refund my money but are sorry that my plans did not work out! Tried to save some money not booking from the cruise. Sadly I will not be using TripAdvisor again
