Relax at Giardini Poseidon - Went to Giardini Poseidon on Ischia and truly felt rejuvenated. You start with the thermal baths. The higher you go the hotter they get. And then you plunge into the ice cold water for 15 seconds. They also have several different pools to use. And if you get tired of the spas you can hang out at their private beach. I felt I was on vacation while on vacation. Perfect way to spend a day.

Best Spa in Forio - During our holiday in Ischia we decided to try two of the most popular spas in Forio. Posiden and another spa on the opposite side of Forio. . Both charged the same admission price. However Posiden was 100% superior due to the environment which was exceptionally well maintained , clean and organised. At Posiden there were plenty of lockers which meant we could access our credit cards whenever we want to buy something from the restaurant or shop. Several pool were 40 degrees with cold pools next to them. Access in and out of the pools was safe due to sufficient hand rails and level pavements. (We are both in our sixties) The modern complex is beautifully designed with colorful flowers everywhere I looked. There were plenty of sunbeds although we spent most of our time in the pools. The Posiden Spa definitely gets our vote as being the best on the area.

A Relaxing, Recovery Day at Poseidon - This is a must if you are looking for a relaxing day in an interesting natural wonder of thermal baths. There are numerous baths with varying temperatures. They are also good for individuals with certain medical conditions and for just pure relaxation. I took advantage and also scheduled an Ayurveda message. It was excellent and reasonable priced. I felt completely relaxed and slept very well. Highly recommended.

Heaven on Earth - My husband and I spent the morning at Poseidon and enjoyed it so much we returned twice. The pools are very relaxing and each pool gets warmer and warmer. The property is landscaped beautifully. We hope to return some day.

Absolute relaxation with the most beautiful view. - Absolute relaxation with the most amazing view. We really enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge, doing 5 trips through it. Let me also say, the winery was perfect. We had the meat and cheese plate and some of the antipasto. To die for.

Relaxing Spa - We came as part of a boat tour of Ischia and had 3 - 4 hours to spend here-- not enough! We had one activity to do, so we took a cab to Poseidon and had a lovely time in the spa. There are many thermal spas to choose from, some with jets, some hotter than other, some more remote. The only downside is we needed more time. If you are coming by boat tour, I'd choose another spa, closer to the port.

Heavenly relaxation- have this on your to do for your trip to Ischia - Amazing - everybody must experience this place. Dreamy and relaxing! I adored every aspect of Poseidon so much so we went back twice on our trip to Ischia. Incredible value for money. Well managed. Clean pools and beautiful landscaping. A fabulous private beach with great selection of loungers. The restaurant was beautiful with a fabulous selection of food. The best part were the 40 degree pools with cold plunges beside. It was a heavenly relaxing time in the sun there but would equally be nice on a cloudy day too. A great place for a spa day, relaxing break, couples holiday or solo. To note - this wouldn’t be a suitable place to bring children and I think there are restrictions of particular pools ( maybe 2 out of the c30 available) for children.

Amazing Relaxing Day - While in Ischia we were originally scheduled for a boat trip. Lucky for us it was canceled and we spent the day at this beautiful thermal spa. It was so relaxing moving from pool to pool and feeling the natural warm water comfort our bodies after a lot of walking in the Amalfi. It was my birthday and we were so pleasantly surprised by the delicious offerings for lunch. We purchased the combo pass which included a 25 minute message. My absolute best birthday ever!

Relaxation! - This is a very relaxing place. There are many pools to choose from. There are so many complimentary chairs and umbrellas to choose form. You can be in the sun or the shade. There are places to sit where you are around others or there are many hidden garden type areas to enjoy the views with peace and quiet. There are spa treatments to choose from. There are 3 restaurants. We ate at two of them and the food was good. The staff was very friendly. The view is amazing. You can enjoy the pools or you can also enjoy the beach area. Wonderful way to relax and spend the day after walking all over Rome sightseeing.

Great day - All good. Plenty changing facilities, lockers and sunbeds around the complex. Thermal spas all very enjoyable. Plenty of choice. Good eating options and not too expensive. Beautiful relaxing day.
