Douche was Dope-Great Guide - Our host Douche was phenomenal. She was so adept at tending to the group who came from diverse backgrounds. She was tuned in to us. And she was well-versed and knowledgeable about the wine region. She is a very good teacher. She is genuinely warm, open and curious with her clients. 5 stars ++ for Douche.

Nice half day tour of the... - Nice half day tour of the Medoc region. Learned a lot about the wineries, wine regions, wine classifications, growing, fermenting, bottling. Our tour guide, Anne, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Trip advisor to the rescue - Nice trip. It made me want for more. Should have done a whole day but my original whole day tour was canceled and I found this trip on Trio Advisor at the last minute. Our guide Mirela was great. Drove us like a champ even in the construction zones. Not an easy task.

Affordable wine tour. - Affordable wine tour. Good guide both on the bus and those at the vineyards. The price for the wines in the upper price range but good. The AC in the bus could have been better, but it was also a hot day, over 30 degrees.

Carol did our wine tour... - Carol did our wine tour and educated us on the region, terrain and grapes being grown in the area. We stopped at one winery for a complete tour and proceeded to another for a tasting. She was a very good communicator and kept everyone engaged.

Good plan, but flawed execution - Itinerary was good. Wineries were not fancy, but pleasant. Our driver, Maud, was a good guide, pleasant, knowledgeable about the region and wines. Reason for just 3 stars: the winery guide at the first winery, where we spent the majority of our time, spoke quickly, with a serious French accent, so that he was quite difficult to hear by the folks with good ears. For me, with just slightly impaired hearing, I understood almost nothing, so I eventually stopped trying, rendering his narrative useless to me.

It was a lot of traveling... - It was a lot of traveling from Bordeaux center for a half day. I would recommend a full day tour. Our tour guide was ok, not great. He didn’t really contribute much to the tour. It felt like he was a driver bs tour guide.
