The Captain will choose locations based on weather, reef conditions, and other safety factors. Decisions are made just before departure to ensure the selection of safe and enjoyable sites.
This combined dive and snorkel trip reaches approximately 25 feet from the surface to the sand. The dynamic coral formations rise 8 - 15 feet from the bottom, allowing close encounters with marine life such as sharks, turtles, rays, eels, and a plethora of reef fish. This is unlike ‘snorkel only’ spots, which often feature only small reef fish, and allows for vertical swimming without harming the reefs, unlike extremely shallow ‘snorkel only’ areas.
Please be punctual… The boat cannot wait for late arrivals.
Snorkelers must be proficient swimmers and comfortable in deep water where standing is not possible.
