Adhering to all biosecurity protocols, we will head to Tikal National Park, a trip that takes approximately 1.5 hours. The route is adorned with lush vegetation and stunning landscapes. • Tikal National Park - Upon arrival at Tikal, we will embark on a walk through its magnificent jungle. Tikal’s significance to humanity is beyond words, which led to its designation as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage site by UNESCO in 1979.

Guests will be amazed as they encounter the first pre-Hispanic structures, including impressive palaces, pyramids, and ceremonial centers. At its peak, Tikal was home to approximately 100,000 inhabitants and maintained strong political ties with other indigenous kingdoms in Mexico, Honduras, and Belize.

During the visit, guests will explore remarkable temples such as The Great Jaguar (Temple I), the Temple of the Masks (Temple II), the Temple of the Double-headed Serpent (Temple IV), and the Temple of the Inscriptions (Temple VI), along with plazas, El Mundo Perdido Maya, ball courts, twin pyramid complexes, a vast collection of carved monuments, and more.

• Tikal National Park - After a few hours of walking, guests are sure to feel hungry. We will take them to a restaurant in Tikal where they can select a dish of their choice. They are encouraged to take their time to enjoy lunch, relax, and recharge. Enjoy!
