More than a wine tour! So much more! - We thought this tour would be a simple wine tour of two wineries in Moltelcino and Montelpuciano. It was so much more. Constantino, our tour guide and Alda, our driver were beyond amazing. Not only did we tour two of the oldest and best wineries for their areas but we were able to walk around the city centers and soak up the local culture. We also had a delicious lunch in Montelpuciano! I fell in love with both places! Thank you so much Constantino and Alda!!!! Grazie Mille!

Not just a wine tour but a walk in time! - This tour is a diamond tour! Our tour guide, Constantino and driver Alda were beyond words amazing. We thought we would only be visiting two wineries. We did visit two remarkable wineries in Montelpuciano and Moltelcino but we also had an incredible lunch in Montelpuciano and were given over an hour to walk around d the beautiful town and relish in its beauty. In Montelcino, we went to the oldest winery, had the best Brunello wine you will ever taste and visited their lovely town, to include the oldest Cafe, opened in 1888. This tour description doesn't do it justice, you MUST do this tour!

Worth the climb - Our guide John and our Amazing driver Ricardo are worth 5 stars. They keep us all moving and pointed out bathrooms and kept us on schedule. Wonderful way to see Tuscan hill towns and countryside. But they are definitely hill towns. There will be steep hills and many flights of stairs. Bur the views/towns at the end of the climb will be worth it. Multipulciano especially had multiple flights we went up to get to town from parking lot as a group with no real rest or stop. -so just keep that in mind if you have mobility issues

Our driver, Riccardo, did a great job transporting us safely and on time to all our points of interest. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Relaxed day out in the beautiful Tuscan countryside - It is a l-o-n-g day but well worth it. What we did like about this tour is the slower more relaxed pace with us given time at each destination to roam around and discover things for ourselves. Obviously this tour has a couple of samplings of wine from. The region and as I don’t drink red wine I was not offered any other option. The two people who gave the talk on winemaking and the region were exceptional and their talk was incredibly knowledgeable. The bus seats were very tight for such a long day. We had been on a better bus (slightly wider seats two days before) overall a good day if you want to do to places that are off the beaten track and don’t attract bus loads of visitors, then this is the tour for you.

Overall a good experience... - Overall a good experience and a beautiful day. It was a long day though, with a large group (about 58 people), so there was quite a bit of waiting for others. The multi-language setup made it a bit hard to follow at times. It would’ve been nice to actually visit a vineyard and learn more about the wine-making process rather than just touring the cellars. The in-person cellar pricing wasn’t any better than online, so no real advantage there. The guide, however, was excellent—very lively and did a great job keeping everyone engaged and on schedule.

Very poor - Would not recommend this to anyone solely based on the poor communication and poor behavior of Ciao Florence during the tour. Due to poor communication, half the group completely missed the first winery tasting. After the tour guide noticed and was approached by the group over the confusion and concern, tour guide proceeded to raise her voice, acting extremely defensive and dismissive, explaining the group size is too large for her to manage properly, explaining she works 5 days a week 12 hours a day and managing 50 people is impossible for her to properly mediate the group and do the job successfully. Never an acknowledgement of improper communication or apology and no offer for solution. The behavior was unprofessional and definitely ruined the entire experience to be treated that way. Never witnessed or experienced anything like it before.
