Very effective way to get into gallery - Easy experience. I would just say you need to read details of where to pick tickets up. However when I did pick them up the people could not be more helpful

Great Museum - Tour was nice, beautiful museum. The guide was very helpful with entry. I do recommend getting the audio guide, otherwise you’re stuck reading each section to know what you’re viewing. Also, wear comfortable shoes, there’s a lot of stair climbing and walking.

Busy but great to visit - Collect tickets from people outside- they ask if you have a booking. This wasn’t clear & got to front of line - they do focus on time of booking so if you’re on time get to front of queue and show your ticket. Security was the slowest bit. Good time walking around, loads to see & fabulous architecture.

We found the Viator rep... - We found the Viator rep after a little effort. Not necessarily well marked. Once we received the ticket we entered 15 minute early.

Skip the line, not so fast - We were met at the meeting place on time and escorted to the “skip the line” entrance. Unfortunately, once in line, we waited almost 30 minutes to get into the museum. The people in the regular line moved faster (to get into the museum) than we did.

The art was a good... - The art was a good representation of the art from each time period but it got pretty repetitive. That being said it was worth seeing. The traveling exhibit was more interesting to me than some of the permanent exhibits. Again very repetitive.

Not sure why this was... - Not sure why this was advertised as Skip the Line. We paid for the express entrance with no guide as we are familiar with art. We received tickets and were told to wait in a line that took over 30 minutes. The gallery is beautiful and was fun to visit but disappointed in the wait time and marketing of what the experience would entail.

Bad experience - The experience went very badly, I bought tickets to not go to the queue and I was in the queue 40 min. The appointed meeting point in the reservation was no one. I had to go search the premises and they were very poorly identified. Bad experience.
