Family enjoys Florence countryside with tour leader Cristian - Cristian was an amazing tour guide! We saw the beautiful countryside outside of Florence & had intimate Chianti wine tasting & tours with winery owners & wine makers. Our kids are 11, 14, & 16 & we all enjoyed our day with Cristian. I would highly recommend.

Great personal service - Simply exceptional service. From the time I started planning and booking before our trip to the very end the staff were prompt and responsive to all communications. Very reassuring and helpful to be able to get prompt service, even outside of normal business hours. We did a dome tour which was excellent, and we did a private car day trip to Siena, Chianti, and San Gimignano from Florence. Again couldn't have been better, fully accommodating our personal requests. Most appreciated, however, was their last minute prompt assistance (after hours) in booking us car transfers due to a train strike. They were like a last-minute local personal assistant turning a travel disaster into no problem at all. Grazia!

Superb Trip - This was a very memorable experience the trip offered excellent information about the towns we visited and enough free time also , timings were spot on. The day just seemed to fly past , not too long and not too short. Our guides were superb, very knowledgeable and welcoming. Particularly liked that it was a small group, and more personal .

Ok tour, timing could use some work. - We had originally booked the smaller group tour but were moved to the larger tour when that was canceled. The company was very communicative and gave us a partial discount which was nice but did not inform us that it would be a multi language tour in Spanish and English which made me feel we didn’t get the full information as the guide was rushing to say everything in both languages. The first part of the tour was great, with a stop at Monteriggioni in the way to Siena. I wish we could have stayed longer here but we were rushed in and out in 30 minutes then scolded when we were a couple minutes late back to the bus. Siena was beautiful, the walking tour was ok. It was supposed to be an hour but ended up only being about 45minutes, with just a very brief overview of the major sites of the city. Winery was fine but very fast. I was hoping for more of a tour of the winery and to get some history of winemaking in Tuscany etc but we spent all of our time at a tasting and then were pressured to buy the products. San Gimignano was interesting but we stayed too long, I feel some of the time there could have been spent at previous stops as once you see the church and the towers the only thing to do here is shop.
