Fabulous day!!! - This trip was our favorite day in Italy! We learned about so much history and tradition in Sienna, got to experience the midevil village of San Gimignano and its breathtaking views of Tuscany, an incredible drive through the Tuscany region, a wonderful lunch and wine tasting experience in Chianti followed by the beautiful leaning tower of Pisa. All guided by a knowledgeable and friendly English speaking, but native tour guide Daria (she was the best!)! If you have this opportunity don't pass it up, you will have no regrets!

Best tour of tuscany - Fantastic well orchestrated interesting fun tour with highly knowledgeable driver that looked after us well and beautiful lunch at vineyard highly recommend

The guides are fun and very knowledgable - We had a great time on the 2 different tours we took with Towns of Italy. The guides are fun to be with and very knowledgeable. Our guide on both tours was Antonella, she is just brilliant. We laughed alot and had a great time. We also had a second guide on the Cinque Terra day, Allessandro. He is someone who really knows the region. Really nice guy. Highly recommend this company as we were on a small group tour with only 6 guests in a very clean mini van.

Absolutely must for Tuscany lovers - San Gimignano. What a beautiful town. The whole tour was great except the driving in rain part. But worth the views and visit to Pisa tower.

Great sampling tour of Tuscany - Incredible full day exploring Tuscany with the family. The amount of time was perfect to explore each city and the sitghts. The lunch and wine tasting was very good as well. Well worth if it want a sampling of different sights with limited time.

A must to see Tuscany! - Eleonora was such a great tour leader! Giving us all the ins and outs of the towns we visited. The lunch was also great and just enough. Overall the whole day was superb and great to explore the beautiful views of Tuscany, group was small enough to enjoy it all and make it personable. Thank you for a great experience!

Excellent day out, comfortable ride in minibus van - Really excellent day out, although long, we did get to see so much. Excellent guides and very comfortable minibus van. Would definitely recommend this tour company again (Florencetown) and this tour to others who visit Florence. Loved it.

Very disappointed!!! - We booked Tours of Italy/ Tuscany Grand Tour through Pleasant Holidays/ AAA. We have never been to Italy so we were trusting those who were the experts. The people at Towns of Italy in Florence were ery nice but sadly the tour was a great disappointment! Perhaps the Grand Tour was not what we needed but it's what we got. The tour began in Sienna which is a very old Historical city. Our guide was full of information but it was like she was reciting a script and could not pause for any questions? We saw many buildings from the outside and were shown pictures of the inside but never got to enter the buildings? Our driver was very informative & friendly, there was alot of time driving!! We then went to San Gimignano, a small quaint city with beautiful views of vineyards & olive trees and many shops. Then we got to go to a winery. We were so looking forward to this experience in Chianti but the vineyard was under impressive. While the people were warm and friendly, the atmosphere was a bit disappointing as was the tour, if you can call it a tour. Anyway, it's hard to make plans when going to a place you have never been. This is why you must trust those you hire to do so. This tour was very disappointing!!! Hope you have a better experience.
