Special Sights / Great Guide - Our guide Cristian was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the history culture and geography of the region and made a special effort to insure we spent our time visiting the places we wanted to see. His pleasant personality made the driving portions of the tour both enjoyable and interesting. Special sights made better by a great guide.

A perfect day! - Valentino our driver made the difference! He knew everything about the culture, history and helped a lot along the way. Our day was perfect! Beautiful cities and so much to explore! We started in Pisa and from there had lunch at Saint’Appiano - beautiful winery and I strongly recommend - then San Gimignano and Siena. This is a 10 hour tour but I could certainly spend hours in Siena! The cathedrals and duomos are one of a kind and a must see! Lots of things to do and shop = leather , coffee shops and the best gelato in the world. Thanks again Valentino for everything. You deserve a 1000 stars ;-) Um abraço brasileiro em você!

Stunning UNESCO Heritage Sites - It is a long day, as you will be spending 12 hours visiting some stunning places in Tuscany, like Siena, San Gimignano, and Pisa. But it is totally worth it in my opinion. Fun fact: Italy has 61 UNESCO heritage sites and during this trip, we were able to already see 3! I opted for the all-in tour, including lunch and a guided tour in Siena. Constantino was our tour leader, and he was such an amazing guide! He was funny and shared some fun facts along the way. We started the day off by being driven to Siena by the bus driver who has more than 20 years of experience. Upon arriving in Siena we got some free time to explore the city on our own. Then we met our tour guide, who told us some interesting facts about the city, such as the horse competitions that take place in the main square of Siena. Together with her, we also visited the Duomo - which was so detailed and just stunning to see! Once inside, we got to know that this Duomo is a combination of 4 different styles, rather than one. In some way, it all merges so well together. We were also able to visit the attached library that was still in its original state and well preserved, which I did. It still had some vibrant colors. After the guided tour, we had some more free time and then hopped back on the bus and drove to "Il Ciliegio", where we had lunch and were able to taste some locally produced wines. There was an option for vegetarians - which I found really good. The lunch itself was simple, but really tasty. After our lunch, we were on our way to San Gimignano, which I found the most stunning town I have ever seen. The town is also called the New York of the Medieval time. It is small but so gorgeous. It has an ice cream shop called "Gelateria Dondoli", which was voted the best ice cream in the world in 2024. It is a must visit as it has some interesting flavors. Once we arrived in San Gimignano, Constantino showed us a good leather shop and also gave us some information about the town itself, such as the twin towers. After our free time, we were on our way to finish off the day by visiting Pisa and the leaning tower of Pisa, there was more to do if you wanted to. In my opinion, you would not have been in Pisa if you did not do the famous pose that every tourist does. After our time in Pisa, it was time to head back to Florence, where we arrived at around 19:30. After this long trip, I was tired but satisfied, as I have seen some amazingly beautiful places in Tuscany. Tip: bring anti-car sickness pills, if you get car sick easily.

Kid friendly tour with a comfortable van - We had a great tour with an English-speaking guide who drove us to Siena and San Gimignano. The car was a large Mercedes sprinter van that comfortably seated 8 people. It had water and was very clean. We requested to not go to Pisa because we had little kids and it’s a long drive. The driver gave us a lot of history of our surroundings and was flexible with our itinerary. We also requested for him to find us a grocery store to buy diapers on the way home on the day after Christmas (not an easy project!) and he succeeded. A few things to make sure people know: when you get to the location, you’re on your own (the driver is just the transportation) and there is no food included in this tour. We knew these things but just making sure you know, fellow traveler!

Three beautiful places in a day. - If you have limited time but want to visit these 3 places in a day, this is a tour you should consider. Thanks to the driver, who drove effectively, we were able to visit these three beautiful places with a wonderful wine tasting lunch at a vineyard. The Sienna church was the highlight.

The best way to see three cities in one day! - Placido was an incredible guide! He had a lot of knowledge about the cities and made sure to call out specific points of interest along the drives. We really appreciated his passion and love for these cities. On top of a wonderful travel day, he arranged a fun and beautiful lunch for us at a winery in San Gimignano which was a highlight for all. We’re grateful to have been matched with him for this experience and would not hesitate to reach out to him again the next time we find ourselves in Florence.

Memorable in many ways - We started on a bad note, got lost, and could not find the meeting location or our tour guide. Called the main office several times and could not connect with anyone. One of the gentlemen from another kiosk helped us and called the number . At this point, we made contact with someone from the main office. The bus by now had left from its location. She suggested we take the train and meet at the next stop and join the group. We paid out of pocket and bought train tickets to Seina. The office provided our tour guides Watsup contact info. We got to Seina, at the meeting point, could not find him, Roberto/our guide sent me his location, while walking there, he left the location again, provided a new location to meet. He said he could not wait, i needed to find him. While on the call with him, Roberto directed me to how I can find him. While waving his flag, we were able to connect and join the group. Roberto, while adhering to his office rules and policy still managed to help us find him. He did not leave behind. Otherwise, we had a great time visiting Tuscany. The winery in particular.
