Great tour to do on a hot afternoon in a Florence summer!! - Great way to get the lay of the land. We were very happy to have this tour booked as it was a hot day and we had just arrived in Florence. Our train was delayed and after contacting our guide we were still able to make the tour despite being about 5 mins late. Thank you!!

Beautiful and informative - Our guide Moin was friendly and informative. He was there waiting when we arrived. He took us around Florence to some of the iconic sites and took photos of our family. He spent extra time with us because I requested to also goto Piazza Michelangelo. The entire family enjoyed this.

Great Way to See the Major Sites! We loved this easy way to see many sites in a short time. The descriptions of each site were - Such a luxury to be driven around on a comfortable golf cart and to listen to the descriptions of each significant site. We recommend this highly.

Nice overview of Florence - Nice overview of Florence..was lucky to get up to piazza Michaelangelo and dropped off for our dinner reservation..Dion was very nice and accommodating although its always nicer to have the tour guide explain the sites rather than recorded but very glad we went!

A view of Florence - It was good.. even though our tour guide had some difficulties with the recording in English that was telling us about the different places he took us.The best of it was when he took us to the Piazzela Michelangelo..Such a spectacular view..Our tour guide was kind enough to give us time to take pictures..Such a gentleman!

Golf cart tour no show…! - First, I use Tripadviser/Viator a lot and rarely write reviews. For the most part, I’ve had positive experiences. However, this experience with this operator was awful. Prior to the tour, we went back and forth about the meeting location and finally agreed on one. We were at that pick up point 10 minutes early for a one hour tour. Pick up time came and went, called them, said they were on the way, waited 30 more minutes. They never showed up. I cancelled and promptly requested a refund which TripAdvisor honored. Beware of this group, they were a waste of time, rude and I would not recommend using them!

Viator and Florencyatour aren't reliable! - Don't book a tour through VIATOR or use the FLORENCYATOUR company. We booked the tour and FLORENCYATOUR was a no show. Yet, they and Viator refuse to issue a refund for being a no show.

Booked but no show. Refund received - Booked the tour for the same day. Walked to departure point a couple of hours.later, no sign of them. Confirmed pick up location with a local shop keeper. Another couple of people turned up, still no show on the tour operator. We tried contacting by phone and messanger. No answer. Eventually got onto Viatour who also couldn't contact them. After a couple of hours, I received a message apologising and agreeing to refund the money. This has occurred and I am appreciative of that. But they really need to get on top of their booking system and contact methods
