Very interesting to talk with and very safe driver. Was hoping to see the factory but no luck. Was expensive for what it was, but isn’t everything anymore

We had an amazing time on... - We had an amazing time on our trip to Modena and Maranello. Simona arrived to pick us up from our hotel in a Maserati and drove us from Florence. She was an excellent driver, we all felt very safe. We arrived to Modena and were met by our Ferrari expert tour guide (I wish I could remember her name, she was FABULOUS!!!). After we toured the Enzo Ferrari museum, Simona took us into town and had a reservation for us to eat lunch. The spot we went to was outstanding! The food was delicious, the service was fast - we were very pleased. After that, Simona drove us to Maranello where we met with our Ferrari expert again and she showed us around that museum.
When I tell you this day was amazing, it truly was. My 16yr old son in an avid F1 fan and Ferrari enthusiast and to see the joy this experience brought him was enough - but then you add in the excellent service provided by Simona and Keys of Italy, it was icing on the cake!
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

The museum tour on both locations was amazing, the tour guide was patient and knowledgeable. Our driver was very friendly and helpful, there is no words to describe my experience.

Great tour, exceptional service - This was a great tour with our teenage kids - both who appreciate design and technology. We were picked up in a very clean SUV and driven about 90 minutes to the Enzo museum in Modena. We met the guide and was given a great tour of Enzo’s house and original factory. We had a walking tour of Modena and then lunch. From there we drove 20 minutes to Maranello and saw the Factory and track next to the museum. The museum was amazing with dozens of old, new and one of a kind Ferraris. We were offered additional services as we finished early but declined due to heat. The trip back to Florence was easy and Karim navigated rush hour traffic successfully. Highly recommended.

Nice and informative visit to FERARI museum. - It was a visit to Ferari museum marlan where the history if Ferari is depicted in all models their engine and major parts and a history of ferari car models from 1960 till date. It takes you to many floor with live models their wins and trophies. You can have first hand experience of driving or selfies with payment. A quite and interesting and knowledgeable place for those who has intrest in formula racing in particular and automobiles in general.

Save Your Money -

I’ll be honest: I have rarely felt compelled to give a bad review, especially when TripAdvisor and Viator reviewers are extremely reliable in their assessments. But our excursion was extremely disappointing, especially with how much we paid for it.
Our driver today was mentioned by reviewers as being ‘excellent’ and a ‘great guide’ and perhaps she was having an off day with us. But unfortunately our experience was much of the opposite with her.
We are a group of five so the tour operator arranged an eight passenger van for us to be transported in. Perhaps our driver was uncomfortable driving a larger vehicle because throughout the day (which was raining and cold) we were being dropped off at further spots even though other vehicles of the same size were able to pick up and transport their passengers at closer locations. For instance, when we went to the front of our hotel for the initial pick up, I could not locate our driver. When I texted her, she wanted us to walk to her, which was at the top of a long driveway by the street. (We’ve been in 4 other same sized vans at this point on our stay in Florence and all of the drivers seamlessly picked us up at the front of our hotel). For lunch, we walked 5 blocks to get to the restaurant but honestly it was unclear why we couldn’t be dropped off closer. Similar scenario at the Ferrari museum. If our driver would have just expressed to us that she’s uncomfortable with dropping us off closer for one reason or another, that would have been fine. But she wasn’t very communicative with us in any way throughout our entire day with her.
Our tour guide that met us at each of the museums did a good job of explaining the story and background of Enzo Ferrari. She also did a good job of walking us through the development of the Ferrari enterprise in the second museum. Our guide wasn’t in the vehicle with us when going from one destination to the next but would ask if our driver pointed out certain interesting landmarks along the way. Our driver did not so we didn’t know what our guide was referring to several times during our tour.
When eating lunch in Modena, some reviews mentioned getting a quick tour or at least some conversation about the city. And one would think that walking 10 blocks to and from the restaurant you could illicit some interesting facts about where you’re walking through but we got nothing but silence.
At least the van we rode in was clean and comfortable with bottled water provided.
Is this tour worth the money? Absolutely not.
We enjoyed the Ferrari museums themselves but I think we would have been better off just hiring a private driver for the day and going to the museums to buy the tickets there ourselves. The museums have their own guides as an option as well.
You’ll save some money and most likely enjoy your day much more than going through this tour operator.

Save your money - I'll be honest: I have rarely felt compelled to give a bad review because I’m usually very diligent about combing through reviews of a company before I book anything. So although the comments about this tour (which was a day trip from Florence to two Ferrari museums, lunch in Modena, with a driver and tour guide all included) are very positive, our excursion was extremely disappointing, especially with how much we paid for it.
Our driver today was mentioned by other reviewers as being ‘excellent’ and a ‘great guide’ and perhaps she was having an off day with us. But unfortunately our experience was much of the opposite with her. And when you’re at the mercy of a driver for an entire day who’s not very pleasant, it really makes the whole day extremely uncomfortable and stressful.

If our driver would have just expressed to us that she’s unable or simply uncomfortable with dropping us off closer for one reason or another, that would have been fine. But she wasn’t very communicative nor very pleasant with us in any way throughout our entire day with her. And this wasn't just my own perception, as I tried to keep a positive mood throughout the day but I came to find out later that our entire group felt this way as well.
