• Chiesa dei Santi Apostoli - Upon arrival at the local home, the class will begin. Participants will learn to prepare three distinct types of pasta: Pici (‘all’aglione’), a traditional dish from Siena; Tagliatelle with mushrooms and sausage; and classic Tuscan Tortelli, filled with potatoes.

Each pasta dish will be complemented by a different wine to enhance its flavor.

The lunch will conclude with a delightful homemade dessert, prepared together.
