Worth the money - This was a great tour you basically just get the bus and the train covered. The tour guides give you information in between stops, which is really nice. We learned about where marble was extracted the history of Cinque Terra, A little bit about Pisa and other things on our way. The tour was completely worth it as a train ride from Florence to Cinque Terra is about the same price as this tour. they introduce you to the city and give you about two hours of free time which isn’t enough, so I ended up booking a full day back. It’s worth the money!!! The tour guides were also very helpful and amazing at what they do!

absolutely incredible - this was such an incredible tour and i am so happy we decided to go! the guides are extremely knowledgeable of the towns you visit. the towns are also so beautiful and we enjoyed every second of it. would definitely do this again!

Wonderful time in Cinque-Terre and Pisa - Had a great time touring these sites. These areas were busy but, to be expected during the summer months.

Great time - Nathan was great. Had an amazing sense of humor. Was helpful even gave great tips and recommendations. His jokes made the bus ride pass fast. Getting the lift to the Piza is offered and I highly recommend it. Thank you Nathan for having that connection. Thanks from NY

Great trip - We had a great time and really enjoyed the Cinque Terre national park. The weather was very hot and would have enjoyed the experience.

Great experience! - We really enjoyed this tour! Loved the opportunity to explore different places, and felt pacing was good. Ornalla was great and super informative, well organized and very friendly. Appreciate that she kept us on time and was helpful throughout! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect taster of Cinque Terra & Pisa - Trip was amazing! Plenty time in each place. Our guide Ornella was fantastic. I would recommend getting the meal deal in Monterosso. Food came out very fast and gave us plenty time to go swimming afterwards. The first bathroom break was about 3hrs after the start time of the tour so I would keep that in mind! Bring €1 for nearly every bathroom.

Good if you are limited on time - If you are limited on time and just want to see everything then this is a great trip but you don’t really have enough time to explore everything. The tour guide, Nathan, was very knowledgable and happy to answer questions throughout the day and made sure no one was left behind when boarding trains at busy times.

SCARY for an attractive solo woman with disability - This wouldn’t let add the photos. I had a horrific and scary experience. The tour guide was very nice however there was a hostile man on the tour who was aggressive to me and out of spite had me REMOVED from the tour halfway through! I have a disability I was very clear about. I was DUMPED OFF AT A TRAIN STATION ALONE CRYING AND BEGGING NOT TO BE LEFT IN THAT STATE! I ended up in an EMERGENCY ROOM LATER IN PISA!!!!! I collapsed from stress and dehydration and warned the tour guide this would happen! He did not protect me and my rights as a customer and it ruined my entire trip! Lost thousands in hotels and flights! So angry I want a full refund and credits for future travel. This app would not let me upload photos of me being dumped at train station and emergency room! I am a single woman who is 100 lbs attractive and has broken ribs and finger traveling alone! This is totally unacceptable and in the US this would be a huge liability! You cannot kick people off 12 hour tours because people don’t like you-it’s discrimination! Very scary experience I would like an executive or manager to reach out ASAP!
