Delightful drive with Diego! - Diego was an entertaining tour guide who was a pleasure to chat with as we saw the Florence sights. Beautiful views from Piazalle Michelangelo! We appreciated being able to customize the tour so we could see parts of the city we had not yet explored. Was also wonderful to have protection from the sun and a reprieve from the heat in the golf cart. We were so happy with our experience that we plan to book a wine-tasting tour with Diego as well!

Rainy day activity - Best day ever! It rained nearly our whole trip and the golf cart tour was a nice reprieve from all the wet weather! Highly recommend.

Beautiful experience! - We spent our Sunday in Florence with Ana and her Golg Cart Pink😍 First to discover the center with its wonders... and then up to Piazzale Michelangelo... where we were speechless in front of a spectacular sunset! An experience that we recommend to everyone! Especially for the sympathy, professionalism, kindness and availability of our escort... the sweet Ana! Congratulations and see you soon!

Fun for the whole family! - My wife and I took our kids on this tour and it was the best decision we made the whole trip! We got to see the whole city and, the best part, my picky teenagers enjoyed too and we didn’t hear any complaints about walking around the city. Highly recommend to keep the whole family happy!

Girls day in Florence - Came with some girlfriends and we had such a fun time with Ana as our guide. We loved it and it was a great way to see the city. Ana also gave us great tips for where to eat and drink afterwards. Thank you Ana!

Nice Tour Guide, Poorly Maintained Golf Cart - Dip was a decent tour guide. We appreciated his enthusiasm for Florence. He started by asking if we wanted a more historical focus or a focus on scenery/beauty. We voted for a historical focus. We made a couple of stops within the city where he said a few things and then played an audio recording. Then it seemed like we shifted gears to a focus more on scenery which was fine with us because it was SUCH a hot day. There were not more audio recordings after this first two stops in the city. Highlight of the tour was the view from Piazzale Michelangelo. Major drawback-the backrest of the golf cart was shared between the second and third row. It seemed to be broken in a way that our teens in the back didn’t feel like they could securely rest against it. And same story for us in the second row. We sort of had to lean/balance against each other which was annoying. There also weren’t seatbelts in the back-facing third row and my daughter constantly felt like she was going to fly off the golf cart. It seemed to me that there were many more carts driving around that were much safer/better maintained.

Left Stranded - Horrible! We had one day in Florence and scheduled the tour. Walked about 20 minutes to get to the meet up spot. No one showed up or contacted us. After requesting a refund through TripAdvisor, we got a call from the company saying they made a mistake. We had a 6 pm tour, so this ruined the 2nd half of our Florence experience!
