Tour was wonderful. Our... - Tour was wonderful. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very personable. The head sets were not good. They would not stay on your ear and they were hard to hear.

Our guide Angela is... - Our guide Angela is awesome. It was raining heavily on the day of our tour but Angela was able to walk us through Florence as much as possible and she gave great lectures on the history and art when we were in the Galleria Academia and Ufficio. She is very well knowledge and patient. We learnt a lot touring with her and our kids, 9 and 6, loved her.

Florence in a Day – Michelangelo’s David, Uffizi, and City Walking Tour (with Take Walks) - This tour was hands-down the highlight of our Italian itinerary. Delivered by Take Walks, it offered seamless access to Florence’s major cultural landmarks and was exceptionally well-organized from start to finish.
The Experience: We travelled from Rome to Florence by train in the morning and found the timing to be ideal for a full-day experience. The tour itself was thoughtfully paced and logistically efficient—an impressive feat, given the extensive ground we covered.
Our guide was both passionate and incredibly knowledgeable, providing detailed insights without ever overwhelming us. We appreciated the blend of guided touring and opportunities for independent exploration.

A Few Tips for Travellers:
Book the earliest tour possible to maximize time in Florence—especially helpful if arriving from Rome.
Wear comfortable shoes; although the city is compact, there's quite a bit of walking.
If you're particularly interested in the Uffizi, consider brushing up beforehand or adding an extra day—there’s so much to see, and you’ll want time to savour it.

Ismael was such a great guide! - We loved Ismael he was very well informed and knew his stuff! This tour was great as it gave us a lunch break and time to chill and regroup. Great little anecdotes about all the artists and the paintings and he showed us how to experience many of the masterpieces from the best angles! Loved it! 5 stars!

Fantastic tour - especially if you're only here for a couple of days. - A fantastic tour! Ishmael was a wonderful guide, so knowledgeable about art and the city. I loved the "highlights" of the Uffizi as we couldn't have gotten through the whole gallery in the short time we were here. I would highly recommend this tour.

Very disappointed in Viator and this broken promise. - If I could give less than 1 star, I definitely would. We booked this tour months ahead of time. The day before we were told that our meeting time was 9:45 a.m. instead of the 1:30 p.m. time we had booked. I told the tour guide that we had booked a 1:30 tour, and all I got was arguments. First, it was Easter morning, and we were coming from another city. There was no way we could make it by 9:45. We called Viator twice and got no help from them either. We were left very disappointed that the tour we booked wasn’t available to us, and that Viator did not help us
