Must-see! - Extremely rewarding. The guide spoke clearly, touched humor and mastered all the notions to share with us. She showed us all the works of art in the right way by making us discover what we would never have seen without her! WOW I recommend this tour to all travelers thirsty to learn.

Great overview - Lots of walking and steps. Wear sturdy shoes. Saw everything on my list. Unfortunately, the lift at the Uffizi was out of order.

Excellent tour guide - Our tour guide, Greta, was excellent. Super knowledgeable about the history of Florence, all the artwork and history of what she showed us in the Accademia & Uffizi. We had a rainy cold day, but she made the experience very enjoyable and we loved all the history and information she gave us. We weren't ready for the tour to end.

Not a full day - It’s not a full day - for the price I expected more content. The 2 gallery tours were good but we skimped on other things, for example we didn’t go inside the duomo or visit ponte vecchio or the central market even though we had plenty of time. The tour was 9:45-2:15 with 1 1/2 hours of breaks. - so only 4 hours of actual tour. Therefore overpriced. The guide Stefano was knowledgeable about art history and was very informative.

Do not use! - THEY WILL CLAIM YOU DID NOT SHOW UP! We showed up 15 mins early at the meeting spot, we messaged them 3 times with no answer before the start time. They never once contacted us, Viator also could not contact them. They then lied and said we no showed. Luckily my wife took a selfie of us in the meeting spot and we got a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST!
